DISGUSTING. I have made an appointment with 2 therapists. One calls me on the day of our appointment telling me she was leaving the other called me on the day of the appointment to tell me they scheduled me wrong and offered me an appointment to wait ANOTHER month. There is not enough help out here for people who need it. On top of that the phone system is a mess very confusing and all the people do is give you the run around. Over 2 months and Ive gotten no where. They just lost a client. Keep scrolling this place will not help you

absolute nightmare they neglect my sister whos currently in there and whenever me or my mother call and express concerns with her treatment were ignored. they shorten our call times which are already so pathetically small and theyve done nothing to help her when shes having major panic attacks no one to try and calm her no medications no self help nothing mind you she is only a child if she were an adult id be less upset since adults can advocate for themselves easier but shes not shes a child. this place is abuse simple as that someone needs to open a lawsuit and soon

I wanted to love it but I didnt. Partial hospitalization PHP. Only Nurse Practioners that see you for less than 10 minutes 2 or 3 times . No actual psychologist will see you. No one certified in cognitive behavioral therapy CBT. Young folks with designations like mental health specialists lead groups of people just talking. No one with designation of psychologist that I was aware of. Different topics discussed every day with no way for anyone to implement anyone of them effectively. They need to focus on actually doing CBT daily. It is double blind placebo controlled to work better than anti-depressants if you actually do it. They are pushing old school medicine that your primary could provide. No discussion of psilocybin ketamine transcranial magnetic stimulation etc. etc. They are shocking peoples brains ECT and handing out SSRIs. This is a money making racket if I have ever seen one. The new building is beautiful but you would be better off going to Baltimore Ketamine clinic or something like that if you are truly suffering. I started with depression and two weeks later left with panic and anxiety. The medicine was causing all sorts of side effects when I tried them.

In my psychological opinion two psychology degrees I believe this company is unethical. The medications being given do not help. They know that and dont do anything about it. Tapering off the meds is a safe solution not cold turkey. Horrible company- evil. They are surely going to hell and to think this company has been around for years just ruining peoples mental health and lives. Dont go here they wont help you. They will make you worse.

A pathetic excuse for a mental healthcare facility even as bad as things are in mental healthcare in America. The staff are comically rude and unprofessional and the doctors themselves arent much better. After several months of mediocre treatment they suddenly stopped taking my insurance and the only reason they would give is that they dont get along with that company Im shocked by the lack of professionalism and basic human decency.

Its quite sad that so many people have said they hated it because the staff were unprofessional or mean because heres the truth. The staff might seem mean but its not mean its stern. We are patients not best buddies. They are nurses not babysitters they are not required to treat you like a child that is at daycare they are required to treat you like a patient that has been struggling with mental health disabilities. As for my experience it was amazing. The staff cared for me as they will care for everyone.Note it May seem like theyre being mean but consider they have to be stern and forceful with those who are unwilling to try to make a change and invest in treatment

below is me attempting to express a sentiment that I have carefully thought over that everyone I have talked to about this establishment has also shared in some way or another. Excuse any minor inaccuracieshyperbole because when in this environment you are dependent on your surroundingsThis mental wellness center has all the potential to be amazing and yet the devil is in just about every single detail. They seem to hire whoever is willing to put up with such an environment and not really care whether the people they hire are toxic or therapeutic for their patients to be around. The doctors only have time to talk to you for 15 minutes a day with a few other random employees sitting in the room eavesdropping and doing paperwork. Are they judging the patients as we try to shoot our best shot at accurately representing ourselves as humans struggling with mental wellness Possibly possibly not... very uncomfortable and unprofessional way of treating patients and that is really all of the personal time you get to work on what got you put there for. From about our third 15 min session my psychologist had decided that I needed several medications and felt comfortable diagnosing me as bipolar 1 without much of any formal diagnosis other than studying me like I was a monkey in a cage. I was there because my abusive ex was driving me into a temporary psychosis and my parents were scared but nope apparently Im just crazy and need pills. What a joke. This is not a sanctuary of cleansing and recovery this is a scam it feels a few shades away from a coo coos nest sort of environment. They really make you worry about when youll ever leave. They treat you like you have no damn clue what you are talking about. They treat your loved ones like they are trying to smuggle heroin through customs. My family and I have never been so devastated and disappointed in our decision to seek help ever. I am still recovering from my visit here. One day I hope some compassionate person who GENUINELY and INTIMATELY grasps the experience of mental illness without stigmas either steps up and runs the place as an administrator because it is clear as day to every patient some employees and even the Baltimore community as a whole that this place is twisted and horrifying to navigate as a patient. This place is simply not as pleasant as they try to make it out to be and that is a major issue because who knows how many people were relying on this place to turn their life around and when this place failed them with their lukewarm practices and dehumanizing treatment they perhaps turned back to self harm. Do. Better. If someone is working on a patient floor and doesnt actually give a damn about the patients and acts like they are there for the paycheck they need to be far removed from this establishment much more than the concerned friends and families who are gaslighted by the staff at every turn.I met some beautiful souls staying on my floor they were pretty much all radiant kind people just struggling with really tough traumatizing circumstances they had been through. But when these wounds and fears manifest most of the time the staff treats themus like circus clowns. Even when the patients were not misbehaving we were often treated like we were trouble. Where is the certification to be helping these valuable souls in need Why do you hire psychiatrists who can barely speak english or understand your situation to TAKE CHARGE OF OUR BODY AUTONOMY Its a little silly.P.s it is so confusing to navigate the halls of several of your facilities. Some dont have a secretarys desk simply a phone with a post-it note telling you to call x y and z in order to ask britney to let you on floor 3 which is on the other end of a maze of hallways. The rehabilitation facility becomes a bigger traumatic experience than what landed the patient there in the first place.
