Moreno Valley Childrens Dentistry - Chris E. Thanos

Professionals have a duty to be fair in their dealings with patients. The dentists primary obligations include dealing with people justly and delivering dental care without prejudice. If people had better attitudes and truly cared for others well being it would help improve access to care for all but unfortunately people get greedy after having so many patients that stop caring. Very unreasonable place. Very disappointed. Came to an appointment with my children but it seems like they dont need any more patients.

Dr. Bishop is great Well over 8 years of coming here. The ladies are wonderful too.

My son was in a lot of pain and needed to be seen it was considered an emergency but almost 2 months after making first appointment and waiting and Ive still havent been seen. My son got better and I went to different dentists cause I didnt want him to hurt Not to mention rude front desk. I went twice both times with appointment but they didnt see me.. twice. Literally went in at 8am but no one was there. Lights off empty room I was so confused I went downstairs and the lady there called them for me and they said they no longer were taking morning appointments Would have been nice to be let known so I could change appointment if not drive for so long for nothing. They rescheduled me to wait a month the second time the lady on the call says I can use my ssn didnt need to bring anything but when I get there the lady was rude didnt wanna accept the insurance card I had idk why cause is the one Ive always used for every dentist visit so I told her I knew the number for ssn by memory but apparently that wasnt okay a picture wasnt ok either She just stared at me with attitude so I left. Honestly not worth the gas hassle and rude people. This place has low ratings for a reason. My advice go somewhere where its better ratings and they actually care.

Dr. Thanos is the best pediatric dentist.Great staff. Very Clean and Friendly Andie the office manager is very kind and explains and takes great care of everything.Highly reccomend this dental office.

I love all of the dentists here I was brought here at a very young age and plan on bringing my kids here as well. Great service great staff.

I dont usually comment but this place is the absolute worst he looks like he hates his job and he doesnt care what you think or about others I hope he care now.

Terrible place will never go here with my child again worst doctor I hope he loses his credentials.

This place is terrible When I went in to make the appointment it smelled terrible. It smelled like chemicals. When I went into my sons appointment there was not one person there it was completely dead. I made a new appointment for my son and was not able to make it due to work and when I called them to reschedule they were completely unprofessional and were scolding me and then tried to charge me 25 for not being able to make it. I spoke to another lady to complain about the first one and I basically got no where and was basically excusing being unprofessional towards patients. The lady at the desk looks ghetto and acts ghetto and I will never take my kids back. This place is garbage dont take your kids unless you want to be mistreated.

Lady at the front desk was rude But they have a cool way to x-ray that doesnt involve putting anything in your mouth. Not easy to find though.
