The agency out of Akron OH is terrible they are hiring people who are actively on drugs they are not concerned about a clients health at all only about how much they make and their personal health issues when the client needs care and our pays were always wrong and we never got paid Overtime there was always a excuss The lady who runs it is a lier and fake person definitely a hypochondriac and lies about having a stroke and other serious health issues to get attention

Modern Support Services has a clear vision for their staff and the individuals with disabilities. The best part of this job is witnessing the individuals gain their independence. They are very supportive to their direct support professionals giving us all the tools we need to succeed. Modern support services provides a professional environment without being restrictive. All of my needs have been met at this company.

As a current MSS employee my experience with Modern Support Services can only be defined as eye opening. This company has taught me about the importance of having awareness for people with disabilities. I began working with this company with no experience in this particular field. However the support coordinators trainings and commitment to assist people with disabilities has taught me how to be the best DSP that I can be. Im very grateful to have met and work with the people that I do. Its a very humbling experience and I believe itd be a good job for anyone whos willing to have compassion and an open mind.

Not sure about the other 2 who complained here but I have nothing but praises for MSS. They have helped a number of my client access the services that they need. Their staff have been very dependable and work from the heart. They know how to think outside the box and go the extra mile for their clients. I am an Independent Facilitator for working in the realm of Self-Determination and I would highly recommend MSS for all my clients.

The worst company ever stay away from this company my ex supervisor tried to force me to do illegal activity which could have put my clients life in danger When there was medical emergency I was told to drive my client to the hospital instead of calling an ambulance because what the in call supervisor told me to do Other employees I found sleeping on the job or getting to paid to watch tv would not

Wow Guess What I got ugly and VERY THREAT messages from one of your staff as Resident Adult at Modern Support Services LLC Any one of you know who name is Andrea Drizzy H .She is deaf with ASL very light black tomboy slim with couples of tattoo and short deadlock top with dyes. She do work there.That her who the one sent me and left message on Facebook. I have evidence her messages and I would like share to show you what her comment bottom. So I called Modern Support Service and tried find out right person with name then report but unfortunately they avoid and do nothing about it. So I decided to post this and hopeful one of your who supervisor need get follow up with this situations because It very serious threat. Or I will show your Location Department of Police.
