Mindpath Health - Pineville

My Mindpath therapist Briana Carter was an absolute revelation for me over the last year. She provided me with a safe space to share and learn about myself while also giving me a lot of great insight and perspective into the things that were holding me back from achieving the best possible mental health state. To say that my therapy sessions with her were life-changing would be an understatement I cant thank her enough for her diligence kindness and support. I will miss our sessions and hope to find a therapist as great as her in the future as my wife and I are moving away this month. Thank you Briana and thank you Mindpath

Camellia Douglas does a wonderful job of listening reflecting asking questions and evaluating what needs to be done with regard to my medication changes. She is also very compassionate and caring. I am not crazy about virtual care but I feel like I am getting great service with her.

My mindpath provider is just the best. Shelby continues to work with me to get my medication right. She is always kind supportive and listens as well as provides me with great feedback. I wish there were more like her

Mindpath has and still is helping me during a time that has been really mentally challenging for me. I am thankful for all of the very courteous and helpful staff that I have had the pleasure to work with. I would most definitely refer this practice to anyone who is having issues coping with mental health or stressful day to day issues. They are awesome

Great experience. My first appointment was a video call. Dr. Mazzarulli was compassionate and provided information about drugs and treatments and made informed recommendations. He listened carefully and made me feel at ease.

I love my Therapist Lisa She is always on time super professional and so easy to talk to. She is always ready to help me with sound advice and compelling insight into my lifes ups and downs

Honestly I had zero intentions of sharing my negative experience. I was kind and pleasant with the doctor and simply cancelled all future appointments and let them know I no longer needed their care. But mindpath is basically BEGGING since Ive received text and email after text and email asking if Id like to leave a review so here it is. I wish there were zero or negative stars. Do not come here ESPECIALLY if you have already been diagnosed and treated with another provider and for whatever reason are in need of establishing care at a new provider as I was. For me the nurse practitioner decided they didnt agree with my previous psychiatrist who might I add is an actual doctor. and that she was not going to discuss it or write prescriptions for the medicine Ive been taking for two years. There was ZERO discussion with me about how this would affect me. Just nah I dont think you have that so Im not going to talk about it. As if meeting me twice is enough to have a better opinion than my first psychiatrist who I saw regularly for two years. Absolute waste of my time and money.In the event you want to feel gaslit scared and hopeless well Mindpath might be for you

I was honestly really worried about meeting a new Dr and starting over especially on Telehealth. I had a telehealth video appointment with Camellia Douglas. She made me feel at ease and didnt seem judgemental. I was pleasantly surprised at how well the visit went. I absolutely recommend trying this if youre on the fence of course recommend Camellia to anyone looking for a new provider. I feel so much better I hope you will too.

My experience with Dr Pamela Ried was wonderful She was an amazing and inspiring woman.She shared lots of great medical information that was helpful and meaningful. I certainly appreciate all of her wisdom and knowledge that she provided to me while Dr Laura Lockwood were out on medical leave. Thank you kindly Dr Reid.

Patient portal is awful and besides your appointments this is the only means of communication between you and your provider which in my experience over the last month has meant I have no communication. I am pretty sure this is strategic on MindPaths part to make you make additional appointments they can then bill for. Patients deserve a system that doesnt contribute to their symptoms which this system most does. It is so frustrating especially when you are supposed to be on a new med schedule and your pharmacist is waiting on information from you provider and you are just stuck in limbo without medication for days. I highly dont recommend using this provider. Not even just for medical management. You end up just wasting your time and money.
