My 1st visit wa provider was great even though she is leaving in just a few short weeks. She didnt have to see me my appointment would have been stretched out further and I appreciate she took the time to see me and explained to me I would see her 1 more time then transfer to another provider which I didnt mind. I work in a Drs office know things like this happen. Shelistened very well and her treatment plan was wonderful

Edit Alexandria Richardson. Everyone else seems to love her but she is completely unreliable. she canceled the rescheduled one also. A full year with no help. Im gonna go stab someone so I can finally see a therapist in prison. These people hate their patients. They are maliciously negligent. My murder spree is 100 on mindpath because they promised to help them consistently refused to even speak t o me. CongratsBeen seeking help since late 2022 with this practice. Ive had a couple of orientations with doctors who never came back and therapist appointments that never got scheduled because the administration is completely incompetent. Finally got a therapist. Met her once second session was yesterday and as Im leaving work which I had to take off for the appointment she cancels. Less than an hour notice.Im going to end up in the hospital because these people tell me theyll help me so I wait for their promises help that never arrives whilst not seeking help elsewhere. This means I am not getting treatment and it is a direct result of MINDPATH. If my illness consumes me blood is on your hands. Ive begged for help you consistently denied it. What else do I need to do to get help What kind of cry for help do you need before I can see a doctor

I may be speaking on this a bit early but to be honest I have had so many therapists and so many have honestly just made me feel worse. Sometimes it felt like they would just tell me what I want to hear not of what I need to. This time it feels different like they genuinely want to help me and that gives me some hope. that I may finally learn to be okay again.

It is a pleasure talking to both my therapist Alexandria and her PA Hailey. Alexandria listens and talks to me not just rush me through the appointment. I can take 30 minutes or an hour. Hailey has been helping me the longest and I look forward to our telehealth talks. Very happy with Mindpath Health.

Dr Finestone is an excellent physician in my opinion. He got me through the worst experience of my life. Hes is always available if I need him.My therapist JH she too is wonderful and available if I need her ..Shes personable and easy to talk to . I feel like Ive known her for years. Overall my experience has been good. Ill stay under their care for as long as I need it..

I absolutely love my provider. But the last 5ish months I cant get the online stuff to work right. Had them reset my email.Now every time I have an issue I get ghosted. Im unable to get anyone to pick up the phone. Ive done online chat email phone calls. And nothing.I cant access my account to contact my provider just the one to have telehealth with them.Its beyond frustrating since I do like my provider.

My time spent with Alexandria Richardson was very nice getting to know each other session. She made me feel comfortable and she made me comfortable with joining Mindpath Mental Health Group. I feel we are going to have a great patient and Therapist relationship. She also made me feel like a person instead of just another person she has to deal with. I have had some very bad experiences with therapist in the past.

Brittany is great- supportive encouraging and knowledgeable. Weve done pretty well using telehealth visits and Brittany is part of doing well through that. She also stays on top of my medication needs and other health concerns like insurance issues. She is very good.

Since MindPath bought out the practice my experience has been terrible. I like the doctors but they keep leaving. In the last 6 years Ive had at least 6 different practitioners. I will have an intake appointment and then get a notification in a few weeks that they are leaving. This says that MindPath must not be treating their employees well. Employees dont leave jobs where they are happy. I cant keep meeting a new doctor for every appointment-- looking for a change.

I cant say anything for the other providers but Dr. Lane has been a godsend over the years Been seeing him since 2017. He uses a different approach...

This places cares about one thing and one thing only MONEY. Their receptionist Jessica called and literally harassed me over a bill I didnt know existed....

I have called three times all early afternoon. left messages for three days. Recording says they will call you back by the end of the day. NOPE. NOTHING....
