I have never felt more love care comfort than I have with every single employee at Mindcolor.Every therapist BCBA Clinic director billing department rep even their IG staff have been an absolute blessing to our family. Not to mention this is the only ABA clinic who truly seems to care about neurodiversity. Including parents in their childrens care and always communicating with parents. If youve ever felt torn down or skeptical about ABA because of other practices I highly recommend giving mind color an opportunity to change your mind and heart. They are in it for your amazing child and for you the amazing parent just trying to do whatever you can for your kids.

Grab some popcorn as this review may be lenghty but so informative and hopefully helpful in your decision makingI found this clinic through a Google search as we had various professionals for almost a year mention that our son might be Autistic. Our pediatrician didnt think so based on the mchat evaluation so I had originally brushed it off but then the time came where I was like well my brother is autistic so there could be a chance that our son is too. When I brought it up again to our pediatrician they referred us to get an evaluation at Dell Childrens but the wait was over a year so I looked around and called Mindcolor where they had no waitlist for an evaluation. We did our evaluation with Dr.Scarthe and it was a two part process phone interview and then in-person evaluation. She was so kind and caring and very informative. When we received the diagnosis I was saddened as I felt that my son would be left behind his peers but I wanted to do everything that I could to help him succeed and to just have the best life that he can possibly have He had already had a year of speech therapy with Any Baby Can and has just transitioned to the SPED program with the school district and he absolutely loved it. I wanted him to continue with the sped program and just have ABA in addition to this for the additional help and support. I was very unfamiliar with ABA so I joined a few autism support groups on Facebook.I also toured 2 other ABA clinics in the area but they were wanting my son to go full-time for 40 hours a week and I thought that was too excessive for him especially at his age 3 and the fact that I had mentioned that I still wanted to keep him in the sped program. I had felt that company was just trying to milk insurance for the max amount they could get and their facilities seemed so crowded and very overwhelming whereas Mindcolor was the opposite. They didnt push for full-time and they were very accommodating with having a schedule that worked with my sons sped schedule.Their facility is a very good size and they have themed rooms and so many sensory items toys and crafts like playdoh and colors. I also liked that they have a playscape and open area thats enclosed to be able to play outside. Their therapists always seem to be so cheerful and my son is always smiling when I pick him up. I always ask if he had fun at ABA and he always says yes with a smile and he even has a favorite therapistI could go on and on about Mindcolor but I feel good about our choice in sending our son there and I feel hes safe they have cameras setup in each room for safety and thriving and progressing in a positive atmosphere and having fun at the same time.I know that sending your child to an ABA clinic can be nerve-racking especially if they are non-verbal so please reach out if you have any questions or want to check in and see if we still feel the same way as this review or if you just want to connect with another mom you can find me on Instagram Bianewme
