I love that place. They are really knowledgeable Yes they talk and explain to us which is great they share their knowledge and their tips and you can practice at home with your kid. Nothing better than parent education. They tried to help a lot my daughter and they always there for us and very supportive.Jassica MercedesDannyRita and Monica.

I went in a couple of days ago. They called me to move my appointment stating The speech therapist will be out of the office can you come in another day. Mind you I have been waiting more than a month to just get an evaluation for my son. I ended up going the day that was available to NOT EVEN MEET ANY SPEECH THERAPIST. I walked in and was almost turned away for being a couple of minutes late. It was my first time being here so I had no clue where it was. The evaluation did not even take close to an hour and the person evaluating my son never even introduced herself. Very unprofessional and rude. Once the evaluation was over I was told I would wait 60 to 90 days just for an appointment to see the speech therapist. If I was told this over the phone I would look elsewhere. Dont waste your time on people who dont have good intentions while working a job dealing with children who need help.

I was very surprised about the suddenly termination of services today for my boy he will be 3 years old in 2 months the last time i spoke with his occupational therapy a month ago she told me that he will continue services. My son supposed to have therapy every other week and the office call me to cancel his appointment because his therapist wouldnt be there and scheduled me until a month after. Today jun 16. I saw the therapist she and didnt give any therapy to my son. The whole 45 mins she was talking to me about his behaviors and that he will not longer qualify for OT. 45 mins was way too long for my son to hear us talking and cause him to lost his temper. I d even told my son that we were going to his play therapy and he was very happy. I dont really understand that sudden conclusion termination of services. also in previous visits the therapist will make us wait for a while in the waiting room every time before therapy. And the only 1 time a got 15 mins late she got very upset telling me that she wasnt allow to do therapy if i ever get late again. When she make us wait every time and no other kids were in section with her. I would really like therapist to let parents know a least one section before services are going to be terminated so we can bring some toys or something to entertain our kids while we talk for 45mins in a small room. This environment make my son feel very upset and stressful when i addressed that to the therapist she said oh your son has to learn that he isnt always going to get what you tell him. because i said to him you are going to play at therapy without knowing that he was going to just hear mom talking for 45 minutes.

This place is total wast of time. The OT tharipist are lazy and talk a lot of bs to parents instead training the kid. Also steal the time from ur tharipy time...they only spent 15min to 20 min on the kid and rest of time is BS. All they do is blaming the parents bc they dont know what they doing. I withdraw my self from there.

The only concern of this facility is the money they get for your child. Knowing children need structure and routine the staffs only concern is getting as many patients in to make their Financial goal. The receptionist acts like she cant even be bothered with any questions you have. Her boss Jim Carey can careless as well. My child had been a patient for over two years and as soon as she was forced to move to this new location all the issues started. Take your special needs child to a facility that cares about them and not always mentioning money.
