The two Doctors I see do their best I believe. But theyre way over worked. And probably under paid for all they do. But the system there is pretty bad.

The doctors here are useless and you will receive less then minimum treatment. My boyfriend has been going to this place for many reasons. Mostly he goes cause he has been experiencing pain in his neck and Migraines. He has told them he has migraines everyday and he will have pain in his neck before the migraines worsen and he sometimes feels like he is going to black out. Apparently its anxiety they havent done an MRI or CT he had to fight for them to get an x ray and they took a single xray in one position. He doesnt have a broken neck so the x ray was useless. About a week ago his neck popped and now he cant move his arm. He had tingling in his fingers and pain through hus neck and shoulder. After the ER trip he was told to make an appointment with his doctor. We did and he had his appointment today. And nothing is being done no pain management till he can get to an ortho place. He had to fight to get offer IBUPROFEN He has been spending MONEY to get NOTHING from this place. Save yourself time and money go somewhere else. They dont care they sicker you are the more they make. And unless you have good insurance you can die for all they car.

We used to absolutely love lp Johnson. If it werent for our doctor we would most definitely be leaving. Ever since becoming a part of uw chicago or whatever the hell they merged with you can tell nothing matters to anyone there. Your appointments will be cancelled last minute. You will wait months for an ultrasound and never know if they will keep It or cancel it more times than not they will cancel. Staff will laugh when you get upset over it. If you have any worries during your pregnancy DO NOT go here. When everything was in office it wasnt like this but since the merge it has done nothing but gone downhill.

They finally got a permanent doctor whom I hate to leave. I think she is excellent but I have to leave and I found a new doctor clinic. They implemented an off-site answering service which takes about 100000 seconds to leave a message with all this information for the answering service which then goes to the computers at the clinic. So when theres a problem you cant talk to anybody at all you have to go through the answering service again and if its urgent sometimes they dont answer at the nurses station msg electronic center so this can take days and a lot of frustration I cant even tell you. This answering service does not work for Controlled Substances like adderall. Several times I have gone through withdrawals because something gets messed up and I dont get my meds within 72 hours. A couple times with my mistake but more than not it was their mistake.They also havesent my medication to the wrong Pharmacy when I have specifically told them to remove the backup Pharmacy This is a horrible system. Im gone. Oh yeah when they sent it to the wrong Pharmacy then Im forced to pay their extra fee at the pharmacy... Ive really never got any apologies for this messed up system

Lady on the phone was rude and they can never get anyone in for appointments when its life or death medication. 05 stars in my book.

I find it extremely annoying at the fact that I have to call a call center now to get a hold of anybody at OP. Johnson and I have set up an appointment for doctors visit and it has been continuously canceled on me over four times and this last time they didnt even decide to call me so I show up and Im waiting for my appointment and they tell me that it has been canceled. This is extremely unprofessional and the fact that nobody communicates in this clinic is beyond crazy to me. This clinic needs to communicate with each other more and also stop canceling patients appointments continuously

Didnt do anything but take an excessive amount of x-rays 18.I waited an hour and a half beyond my scheduled appointment time when there was barely anyone else before me to tell me I had a root canal. Im aware I have one. Its in my mouth and I was there and paid for the procedure.. Thanks for the obvious.I dont plan on continuing care at this office.

Not a single person in this building communicates with each other or can fill a prescription without the patient making 9 calls to the office and the pharmacy. I had an interaction with a nurse Jennifer who made a snide comment about the type of prescription I was trying to get filled. I have been out of medication for 3 weeks and after four calls they finally sent it in. To the wrong pharmacy. Now that its at the correct pharmacy they cant fill it because they didnt preauthorize the script with my insurance. They say your ability to pay doesnt affect the quality of care but that is absolutely untrue in my experience. I have never had doctors treat me like the way I have been treated here since I started using medicaid for insurance. Pick a different practice if you can.

They offer great primary care health services along with dentistry. Both go above and beyond. I had to have a cap put on one of my back teeth and they even got the insurance to cover that. Ive been a few times for cleaning filling etc. Every aspect of their services never ceases to amaze me. A Dr. or dentist you can almost actually look forward to lol

MSLP Johnson Dental clinicDr Jennifer Waller-Smith is the most compassionate dentist i have ever had. In a scale of 1 to 10 I would give her a top 10 Sheis very thoroughdetailed and referred me to an oral surgeon who can do both an extraction and an implant at the same clinic so i do not have to see different dentists for both. This Dr Waller-Smith is surely one of a kind and i highly recommend her to everyone Her dental assistantPriscilla is likewise very knowledgeable and caring Kudos to both MSLP Dental Clinicyou got the best staff
