Our goal is to serve as many families as possible. We are currently in the process of credentialing with Minnesota state health insurances and will announce on our social media channels when we are able to start working with Medicaid clients.

We specialize in early-intervention services for children up to age 6. However, we are always happy to help families with older children locate additional resources.

To enroll your child at our Edina location, you can submit our new enrollment request form here: https://midwestautismservices.com/new-client/. A member of our intake team will reach out to you to begin the enrollment process. We will request the following materials:

• Completed & signed enrollment packet (we will send you this)
• A copy of your child's CDME
• Copies of your child's insurance cards

Yes! For children who meet our eligibility criteria, parents are welcome to self refer or have a provider submit a referral on their behalf.
