Dr. Dawood is absolutely the best If I could see him for everything I totally would. He takes a good amount of time to get to know his patients and genuinely cares for them. I was pleased at my follow-up to see that 2 months later he still remembered me and when he referred back to his notes from the initial consult hed clearly gotten down all the important stuff. I had to email about a couple of questions between visits and always received a quick response from the medical staff.The other medical staff I interacted with were all friendly and easy to work with same with the office staff. I had a billing error that happened and the billing person I spoke with immediately resolved the problem. Ive had to see a lot of medical professionals in the last few years and have had more than a few billing errors. Today was absolutely the easiest one to fix and for that I am grateful.

TLDR People SHOULDNT have to deal with RUDE MEAN and INCOMPETENT front end employees in order to see good doctorsIve been coming here since 20182019 and I could always pass by the incompetence of the front office because my Dr. was amazing. However after years of the same incompetent levels I cannot. Much like the other 1 star complaintsmy are similar. The front end office staff dont know what theyre doing. Much less the communication between them is non-existence. I had rescheduled my appointment the previous day and showed up the next day not on the schedule. They kept trying to charge me for things that they never have in the past while I had previously talked to my Dr. and he assured me itd be of no cost to me. All in all if it wasnt for my doctor I wouldve stopped coming a long time ago but hes amazing. Unfortunately if you want to deal with a front end staff lacks compensation AND that dont know what theyre doing go for it. This is coming from a person thats worked in a doctor office as front end staff so I know what it looks like to have a compassionate well running staff.

I cannot say enough good things about this practice. Lala was super helpful in scheduling the appointment for my husband. On the day of the appointment we didnt have a long wait time. Dr. Mishu and Stephen are WONDERFUL...smart empathetic and solutions oriented. Im incredible grateful for such excellent care for my husband. Highly recommend this practice

Dr Mishu and his staff are the best. I have been going to him for years. I had Idd therapy years ago and I am now using it again. Ray is in charge of the therapy and you could not be in better hands. I was having problems with my foot dragging and falling. I am as good as new thanks to the IDD therapy. Also Dr Mishu diagnosed my problem with my back and other doctors had missed it for years. The staff and providers at the office are so nice and comforting. From check-in to check-out I have never had a bad experience. IDD Therapy has been a blessing to my injured back. Ray makes sure I stay warm on the table and that the weight is appropriate for my back. I wish I had been introduced to IDD Therapy sooner.

Nassim Navabi changed my life. Under her care I no longer suffer from debilitating migraines. I am 64 and have suffered since I was 12 years old. She is through offers options of holistic meds as well as proven pharmaceuticals meds. She listens takes time with you and understands. I feel so lucky to have found this neurology group.Extremely grateful.

Ive been going to Luis and Ray in the physical therapy department for about four months now prescribed by my neurologist at this clinic. They are awesome guys So friendly and personable easy to talk to. Ray is definitely the quiet one but such a sweetheart They are also EXCELLENT at their job I completely trust them with my health care and would do any exercise or treatment they asked me to do.

I am so impressed with the results from IDD Therapy. It has relieved major discomfort in my back and I cant give enough kudos to my therapist Ray. He is extremely knowledgeable very professional with a great personality even at 730 in the morning. Kudos also to the young lady at the front desk who is always smiling very personable. I would definitely recommend Midtown Neurology.

Dr. Julian Bragg is amazing. Im extremely happy and excited to be his patient. He understands he listens he helps. He is sympathetic. Dr. Bragg gets down to business. He does not Rush you he actually listens and very responsive and honest. In the end before he leaves the exam room he asks are there any other concerns. if so he address your concerns with no problems. I want to thank you Dr. Julian Bragg for your understanding and your patience. In conclusion the back office staff is amazingly wonderful. Some of the front office staff is very Nice. The Young Lady in Billing not sure of her name she lacks empathy your health is not her concern But your payment is.

I write this review from a very gracious place. I am a first time patient who experienced a continuous migraine. I called and the follow up was phenomenal. They called me every time there was a cancellation to invite me to come to the office ahead of my original appointment. EVERYONE was welcoming. I enjoyed myself so much that I didnt want to leave. Customer is the number one priority and I felt like a first class patient. Thank you Mrs. Eagle front and back staff and everyone in between. I sincerely thank you for your professionalism and kindness.
