Introduction
My name is Michelle Hoeltgen, a pediatric Speech-Language Pathologist based in Palmdale. I work with children ages 18 months to 21 years old using a play-based approach that helps make therapy engaging, effective, and fun.
My areas of expertise include early intervention, speech and sound disorders, language disorders, stuttering, autism spectrum disorder, and augmentative and alternative communication (AAC). I am passionate about helping children build confidence in their communication skills while empowering families through support, education, and collaboration.
I strive to create a positive and caring environment where every child feels encouraged to learn, grow, and communicate in their own unique way. Families often describe me as attentive, knowledgeable, and compassionate, and I truly value building meaningful connections with the children and families I serve.
When I’m not in therapy sessions, you can find me reading, traveling, and spending time with my family and pets.
