We were referred Dr Mauers office by a coworker in search of a pediatric and adolescent endodontist We have been very pleased with the care our son received the staff is wonderful and the clinic is clean. Our son has dental anxiety but the team takes care to keep him calm and he has willing went back age 14 a few times to complete treatment. This makes dental care easy stress free for us

We drive 20 miles each way because this is the best kids dentist in San Diego for lots of reasons. Two of my three kids even got their braces here and we love the staff. Ive been to many other dentist offices and this one is the best by far

I love this dentist office My girls have been coming here since they were little and now they are 21 and 18. Everyone is always super friendly the two dentist are both very knowledgeable and nice and honest. I highly recommend you bring your little love ones to this dentist office.

We were a little late to our appointment but they still took our 2 girls to look at their dental appliances So far the girls have enjoyed their visits with Dr. Olen and Dr. Mauer. They really know how to connect with kids especially when those kids have specialized needs.

I had a disappointing visit to due to the incompetence and rudeness of the receptionist. From the moment I walked in it was clear that this receptionist lacked basic organizational skills and customer service etiquette.Firstly my appointment was scheduled weeks in advance yet upon arrival I was kept waiting for an unreasonable amount of time without any explanation or apology. The receptionist seemed more interested in chatting on the phone with a friend than attending to patients waiting to be seen.Furthermore when I attempted to inquire about the delay I was met with dismissiveness and a complete lack of professionalism. It was as if my concerns were of no importance to her.To make matters worse when it was finally my turn to be seen by the dentist the receptionist had failed to properly update my insurance information causing unnecessary confusion and delay in processing my claim.Overall my experience at was marred by the ineptitude and disrespect displayed by their receptionist. I would strongly advise anyone considering this practice to seek dental care elsewhere unless they enjoy being treated with utter disregard and frustration.

My family has been coming to this office for years. The staff is efficient and friendly. The waiting room is great for kids. The dentist does great work and was excellent when my youngest came for his first appointment as a toddler.

Exceptional dentist office Ive been searching for a great pediatric dentist since moving to east county and the team there is amazing. So glad to have them so close to home for our two sons.

Dr. Maurer and his team went above and beyond to make all 3 of my kids feel safe and cared for as well as putting me at ease. It is a wonderful office full of amazing staff.
