We are a small law firm that focuses on special education rights; almost entirely as governed by the federal Individuals With Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).;Our working goal is to secure appropriate special education services for students; which typically consist of some combination of educational supports; accommodations and classes; speech/language therapy; physical therapy; occupational therapy; and counseling.;We work with families and involved professionals to identify those services that the children will need to be successful in school; and then advocate for the school systems either to provide these services in the public school setting; or to fund the services from private providers. Our ultimate goal is to improve the quality of life for the children with whom we work. With Disabilities Education Act (IDEA).
