Very rude and very disrespectful to your kids it would seem like they would be more compassionate with kids with mental issues . And they take the longest time to see you

First time visitor got there 20 min after opening on a Tuesday. Overall cant complain about much other than the long process and many different steps which is understandable considering they service kids. A first time visitor is expected to be 4 hours. Clean environment. The counselors were nice and the doctors knowledgeable friendly to my child. They listened to us about our needs and requests. This is a partnership. You must know your childs behavioral capabilities can they read walk what makes them happy etc.. If you dont there is a possibility your goals can take a bit longer to achieve. COMMUNICATE with your child

I was dropping someone off at this location. I dont have any experience walking in but just going through the parking lot parking lot is horrible in need to be fixed. If you go front of the building and make a left turn and dont pay attention they have big pothole it will break your Ram also will mess up your alignment.

Very slow service. No space In waiting rooms expect to spend 5 or more hours here. Children deserve better than that.
