I recently had a dental emergency broken tooth and Lake Ridge got me in as soon as possible and got a temporary crown in that day The dentist and assistant were amazing and made it as enjoyable as possible.

I havent been to the dentist in years I had to make an emergency appointment for the same day and they took care of the filling I needed as well while I was there. Their flexibility and customer service is awesome They made sure I felt comfortable and werent judgy.

They are so efficient and they made sure that they understood my concerns before beginning the procedure.They also understood my lack of concern when I requested no novocaine for me because I could handle it.It was just a shallow surface filling. No big deal but no filling is a totally comfortable experience.But they instilled the trust that they were going to be able to do the job without causing any undue discomfort.They were so quick but I still felt like I was being taken care of rather than rushed through.Including my wait time after checking in at the desk I was in and out of their office in about 25 minutes. This wasnt an exam or X-rays but a scheduled filling.This was my first experience with this dentist and I really like the guy. I will definitely continue having my dental care provided here.

I broke a tooth over the weekend and went in without an appointment on Monday morning when they opened. Even though they were busy recovering from a power outage earlier they made time for seeing me to make sure I was comfortable and set up a plan that worked for my schedule. I waited for about an hour but that was insignificant as I was able to leave understanding the problem and plan moving forward. The staff were all very kind. Im very grateful
