Made an appointment for a 1000 a.m. cleaning and exam. The day of the appointment I received a text message at 650 a.m. asking me to call the clinic. Upon calling the clinic I was informed that my appointment had been given away and that it was my fault for not confirming the appointment. I did confirm the appointment the Monday before and have the call logged in my phone. At 650 a.m. the day of the appointment I was offered a spot at 730 a.m. but was unable to make that appointment as I have three special needs children who get on the bus at that time. Eventually the clinic manager called to let me know that they can provide me with a phone number for other clinics and I can try to schedule an appointment there. Mistakes happen and people are human but the fact that the clinic did not even offer to call around to fix the problem they caused shows a persistent issue with regard to concern for patients.

Staff are good talk to u in a kind and gently manner..the Dentist also come and check .after my first teeth cleaning I thought my mouth was coming to be sore but nothing like that happened. I drank ice water ate food without pain. get serve according to your appointment time.Great job done.I I cant wait to recommend anyone to this clinic

Had dental work completed was given a bill at the time of service which I paid in full. Now 7 months later I get a bill saying I owe an additional 1800. When I called they said I reached my max dental limit I should know my insurance coverage. I trusted the bill that I was given at the time of service since they ran my insurance and gave me the amount that I was responsible to pay. I was never told this was an estimate or to check my insurance as I may have to pay more. I would not have had the work completed had I known this. Terrible business practice in my opinion. The billing supervisor even told me this was miscommunication on their end however they still refused to cover the bill. The billing supervisor then agreed to lower the bill slightly not even half has the audacity to say to me they will no longer be able to provide service to me. Have been with them for years always paid my bills never missed an appointment. Now just bc I am questioning a bill they refuse service Fine with me since this is not the type of place I would ever want to receive services from in the future. Loyal customerspatients should always come first.

Dr. Nate and Ripley were a perfect team. They efficiently and professionally prepared me for the procedure kept me informed of how it was going and problems as they arose. I always enjoy visiting this dentist and this location.

Ive received quality care from Dr. Nate and hygienists especially Wendy I would highly recommend this establishment to anyone looking for care.

Metro Dental Maplewood has a wonderful caring knowledgeable and skilled staff. They are timely and personable without trying to chat with you when their hands are in your mouth. Dr. Nate and Dr. Johnson are two of the best dentists Ive ever had they treat conservatively explain all options and they dont judge. The staff is also very friendly yet professional. I highly recommend Metro Dental Maplewood.

The teak at Maplewood is excellent I had my cavity fixed and took care of another repair with in 30 minutes. Dr. Nate is a great Dentist

They are always on time and they are very gentle with little kids. My son was so nervous for his appointment but the dental hygienist talk to him and explain to him what each tool is so he isnt scare. They always make sure they do a good job by asking you questions. This is so far the best dental Ive been in my entire life.
