I was just curious if this facility lets people who smoke cigarettes smoke breaks like other facilities. I know it may be stupid to ask but I dont think I could make it without smoking

STACYYYYYYYYYYYYYYY I MISS YOU Stacy did you get a wife yet hehe Im feeling a whole lot better now after this iop program I highly recommend it. I used to be depressed and suicidal but now Im only a little depressed and not suicidal at all. Tysm ilysm. And I hope you still have that picture of you. Im crying rn if you actually respond. I really want to go back even though Im all better. If you have any suicidal thoughts go see a counselor or go to mercy hospital but only if you dont feel safe at home. Dont make suicide into a joke. Its a serious thing. Bye I love you all

This program was amazing at helping me deal with not just issues that come with being a mom but underlying topics that were present before baby. Things that I had been struggling with for years that were really impacting my ability to be a motivated and present mother. I always felt heard and respected by everyone and was thankful to have others to talk to that were dealing with similar troubles. The head of the program was amazing easy to talk to and very respectful. I never felt any form of judgement when telling my story. We need more of these programs and I will be spreading the word to every mama I meet.

It was okay. One counselor has a therapy dog but you dont really get to interact with him much unless you are assigned to her group. Did have a bad experience with a fill in counselor where he let someone talk graphically about a friends suicide then tell the group members not to leave the room wed alway been told it was okay to walk out if we were too upset. I left after that day because I didnt like being told I couldnt leave a room.
