The worst doctor Ive ever seen I told them I didnt like the side effects of my medication and asked if I could try another one. They told me take it at night or dont take it at all and theyd see me in a month. So I was basically on my own if I could give them 0 stars I would.

I havent even seen anyone yet because they put me on hold with two different departments for half an hour. Definitely not feeling too optimistic about this place either.

Im not real familiar with the facility. I am however familiar with Cecilia. After dealing with a family member that has suffered with a mental health issue for many years. I found the exact person to help me. Cecilia has been very attentive as well as responsive. She has went above and beyond offering many different options. With her help I have been able to make more progress than I ever have.Cecilia if you can read this I sincerely thank you so so much. You have a great heart and you are most certainly in the right career. Keep up the good work and thank you for making a difference.

Ive been going to MHC for a couple years now and have had no issues getting refills until now. I cant get my prescriptions in and the correct amount of refills. Ive gone through withdrawals twice in their care. In my opinion no nurse or doctor should let their patients go through withdrawals.

Cecilia is amazing Shes so kind and open. You can definitely tell that she wants to help you in any way you let her. Highly suggest seeing her and the staff at MHC. If you want help they are there for you.

This place has been a nightmare for me. Ive had three care managers two prescribing nurses and now I have to find a new therapist. Ive been dealing with MHC for a year and my mental health is still horrible and keeping me from working. Care manager 2 either lied about emailing prescribing nurse 2 or the nurse really just didnt care but either way I had to withdrawal from the medication I was on at the time and it was a horrible experience. The therapist knew AND the care manager knew about this but it just seemed like it wasnt a big deal to them. Im tired of being handed off to a new employees and havingto explain my situation each time. The only positive thing I can say is phone appointments were very convenient because leaving my home plays a huge role in my situation. I dont like leaving bad reviews and I understand every situation is different but this has been the worst experience for me personally.

While waiting for an appointment with a family member I heard multiple employees complaining that there was 6 walk-in patients today. Well considering this is an office that deals with MENTAL HEALTH.you would think the staff would be understanding and compassionate that people battling mental illness sometimes struggle keeping scheduled appointments. Please check your burnout status with your staff
