Mental Health Cooperative - Cookeville

Since my old case are qui to go back to school. My other one was supposed to contact me that next month. And he never did. I was in one that contacted him and said. Hey and he said yes maam whenever I need someone to talk to. Because of my emotions. And my anxiety And my depression but seems like they dont care how you feel. And the medicine therapist. Or whatever you wanna call likes to guess. Things and give you things at give you really bad side effects. In the LE1 that Fleetwood understand what I was going through was my caseworker.

I had an appointment with my case manager for an in home visit. The day my visit was on he never showed up. This was a month ago. I called them and they said he dont work there anymore. They put this lady on the phone and she set up an appointment for her to come do an in home visit. She never showed up she hasnt called me. Ive been to anxious to try and call them. Im having break down after breakdown and all I want is some help but whats the point if the place I reached out to for help forgot about my existence. I finally tried to call them and find out what happened. No one has answered. Ive called three times this week and no one has answered. Bring AJ back. At least he never forgot about me

I do not like Mental Health CO op at all. The medication nurse is in her ego and she sits up in that office to the left in the front like she has her own private practice. She is very unprofessional. I would say what her name is although she has come out to the front to take my child back there she has never formally or informally introduced herself so I dont know what her name is. The conversation I did have with her she was telling me about her personal business and did not get what I talked to her about accomplished. Very Unethical and no professional boundaries.

I absolutely love them

Cant give zero starts or I would. This place puts children on drugs approved for only adults then when they have a bad reaction to a medication they refuse to do anything and turn you away.

Ive been to MHC several times. This most recent time I was extremely disappointed. The only therapist that was worth anything got smart and left to go to Cerebral. Secondly it took them 3 times to actually send my meds to the pharmacy and every time I checked nobody knew anything. Do yourself a favor and go somewhere else. They are useless.

Great staff changed my life and got me back on the right track

All 5 of my children come here. I absolutely love them. Their case management team is incredible. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Cannot say a single bad thing about them. Thankyou all so much.

IM NOT REALLY SURE WHY ANYONE WOULD WANT TO LEAVE A BAD REVIEW ABOUT THIS PLACE BUT WE ALL HAVE DIFFERENT OPINIONS. MY EXPERIENCE WITH THE COMPANY HAS BEEN NOTHING SHORT OF THE BEST EXPERIENCE OF MY LIFE. IT IS SO GOOD THAT NOT ONLY I GO TO THIS PLACE BUT ALL 3 OF MY CHILDREN DO ALSO. THE PEOPLE THERE HAVE ALWAYS TREATED US WITH RESPECT AND COMPASSION. THE NURSE ALWAYS GETS BACK TO ME IN AN APPROPRIATE AMOUNT OF TIME ABOUT ANY MEDICATION PROBLEMS REFILLS ETC. THE CASE MANAGEMENT WORKERS ARE ALWAYS CHECKING IN ON US AND THEY ARE ALWAYS AVAILABLE IF WE NEED THEM. THE FRONT DESK COULDNT BE RAN BY ANY NICER PEOPLE OTHER THAN BRENDA AND TIPPHANY. OF COURSE I ALSO HAVE THE BEST THERAPIST EVER MEGAN. I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO EVERYONE WHO NEEDS HELP.

This place absolutely wouldnt accept my insurance Blue Cross Blue Shield . And thet say its not a money thing im sick help me my gosh.
