I have tried for literally months to get help from mental health Co-Op in Columbia because Ive been absolutely traumatized and have daily crying spells. Jackie my case manager lied to me and they do not care to not ever go to mental health Co-Op for any reason p as we are pursuing legal action and will make sure this place closes down over through

The lack of professionalism is their highest quality. Theres no follow up on emergency situations. Police where called for the patient and MC has done absolutely nothing. If you are in need of help for a family member. I suggest you seek others.

This place is an absolute joke when it comes to mental health. We have literally called 10 times on different occasions while in the middle of a crisis and there is nothing they can do except recommend more therapy that THEY wont show up for. We have begged and cried and pleaded with them and they offer no help. My son has expressed that he was suicidal on multiple occasions and they did nothing. I expressed that I was on the verge of breaking down and couldnt take anymore but they never have any help to give. They always offer therapy and never follow through but what would that help anyway at this pointThe turn over of therapists is ridiculous and you can tell they have little training or experience. They will literally let your child take their life before stepping in to help. Im tired of begging for help... and the crisis team is the same way. As much of a joke as the rest of them because they cant help if someone is violent so call back when he is calm and then when you call back after he calms down they cant help you because there isnt a crisis. The mental health system is a joke and I hope they get shut down for insurance fraud.

Considered using them until they started having a case worker show up weekly unsolicited without telling me that would occur knocking on our door with no prior heads up and calling from a number that I could not find when doing a Google search. Made us uncomfortable and my childs first mental health care attempt for anxiety cause even more anxiety so we went with a different provider.

The people there seem to really care. They are always there for me when I need to talk but when I needed refills for my medicine there wasnt any. I had talked to the lady like a week or two ago and she said she would call in for refills for me but never did. Im currently out of my medicine to help with my bipolar and Im going a bit crazy.
