Mental Health Cooperative - Clarksville

Mental Health Cooperative has several teams, I do not recommend the children's team, specifically Team 340. The manager lacks the necessary experience to lead effectively. She is more concerned about her appearance to upper management and has stated she is in competition with others. This focus on image over support hinders the team’s success. Unlike other managers who assist with high caseloads, she does not help. I was told caseloads would be around 60 to 65 consumers, but they have now risen to over 90. This makes it impossible to see that many children and complete 20-25 care plans each month. This particular manager is fixated on daily benchmarks without regard for the overwhelming workload, providing no help and only criticism. The work environment is unsupportive and stressful.
