Absolutely the worst advocate for my son. My son needed help with a therapist and instead of helping my son the caseworker met with us one time and called children in youth because of our work schedule. I do not recommend this company unless you want to have to go through the process of children and youth. Their clinic should loose their license and I am filing a complaint with the state.

I was with them last year and my case manager was a cool person but when I was manic she encouraged me to leave the state. She told me to consider leaving the country if I wanted. I am passionate about traveling but when you know someone has a mental condition where they depersonalize and derealize its not helpful to encourage impulsive behaviors. I was hardly seen and I was never seen by a therapist. The case manager told me about how difficult her job was a lot which is fine because its conversation but it made me feel guilty for taking up time especially when she would tell me how much some of her other cases were suffering. She never told me the names and even if she did its not my business I dont care. But it did make me isolate myself more. I wish there was more support.

Patricia Golden is the most unprofessional counselor I have ever had the displeasure to interact with. She is rude argumentative and condescending. She lacks the ability to refrain from displaying passive aggressive behavior with opposing points of view. She should not be working in a capacity that may negatively influence a students future desire to work with a counselor. My son had expressed concerns multiple times over the way she spoke to him in the meetings at school. He didnt want to continue his sessions with her as a reflection of her unprofessional tone. I initially gave her the benefit of doubt thinking he may have been exaggerating her attitude. I called to get her perspective and was immediately met with audible displeasure and degrading tone. She interrupt me several times and was unapproachable in nature. Please reevaluate her position in regards to working with children in particular teens.

I recommend this place to my friends and family. They have help our family for the pass 2 yrs after a family tragedy. They are not just mental health providers they have become family. Thank you all for your hard work I know we can be a handful and we appreciate your patience and your effort in helping our family heal.

Absolutely the worst place. The staff I have communicated with very unprofessional discuss conversation they had with their superior about their coworkers. This lady have no compassion for her client. Communication will supervisor Don request it they will not return your call. HIPPA compliance no. Check the reviews they speak for themselves. Every negative review we experience from this so call social worker.

This is the absolute worst place to go for mental health. They do not care about patients the case worker doesnt do her job either. Ive constantly ran out of medication due to their incompetence. They will call and reschedule your appointments and when you get there they act like they never changed anything and refuse to see you. They are rude and callous and push you through the office like a heard of cattle. Ive been actively searching for a new doctor. Thank goodness Ive found one If you use this place and have had good experiences great for you Its ashame everyone cant have a good experience with this place.. whos soul purpose is to help people. What a joke

My nonverbal autistic son keeps getting referred there and everytime they wont take him because they said his autism was too severe . This is without ever meeting my son and just going off the fact that hes nonverbal . They dont care about you they get all excited and push you to make an appointment but when its something hard they back out and give you different reasons as to why they cant take him . What a joke of an establishment

If I could go without rating this establishment at all I would Good help dedicated providers who truly care is hard to get for sure. My son is being refused his medication that he clearly needs because they say he hasnt been seen since March of this year but is very inaccurate considering he gets med refills monthly. my son has threatened to commit suicide which Ive made them aware of and thats standing on deaf ears. I guess prayer is all I have at this point until I can find another provider. Ill try to find a more smaller esablishment who doesnt seem to be overwhelmed and short in providing quality care.Youth services have also tried to help me in obtaining his medication hope this helps someone

This place is Sorry It would get a zero but it wont go past to post. These ppl are Fake. Initial First time appt they come to house for a visit and try to be nice and professional then they go see the patient outside of home and then make an appt for office visit counseling. First appearance they come off as listening but visibly the therapist confused me of thinking she would be her therapist. Its no wonder I seemed out of it that day the place gives you that vibe of disappointment. These ppl not only a JOKE but just blantly dismiss Everything. And to top off the sadness that goes along with No HELP. The so called therapist she saw first appt wasnt seeing anyone during the month schedule reasons sure so when we were about to make an appt to see her as told above she walks out w another patient she had just saw real tacky and unprofessional. Please Read the Reviews Go elsewhere. Maybe its for the best.

Doctor Shea attract me in her office I made a police report and because of that I made a formal complaint about her to the office she is refusing to give me my medicine that works really well for me because I got the police involved. She is refusing to let me be seen by another person who can give me my meds she frightened me and now I have no choice to see her and she still has not sent in my meds they treat there patients like we have no comen since cuz of our mental health problems rem we have a voice and its aloud to be heard I would tell people not to go there if yr an adult because Shea will attack u sooner or later
