Got injured at work on a Friday and was sent to this place for treatment 30 minutes before they closed. I was approached by a male medical assistant with a rude and unprofessional attitude. I didnt understand why I was being targeted with such hostility until he started complaining out loud in front of me that he wanted to go home but I ruined it because I walked in. Being in so much pain I couldnt address the issue with him right away. The doctor was nice but could not perform any xrays because they were closing and had to come back next week. Already disgusted with the way I was treated by staff I still could not get the full treatment that I needed. I was told that I needed physical therapy and was sent to a female physical therapist who is short lady with blonde hair. This therapist is so unpleasant unprofessional and very unethical. This lady tells me to do something and then disappears for 10-15 minutes at a time talking to other staff members and male patients. She kept getting addressed by other physical therapist for her to do her job and complete my physical therapy. She got mad and had me on devices that have nothing to do with my injury when I asked her why started to insulted me then ignored me the whole time. She finally remembered mewhen it was time for me to go she started talking bad and complaining about her fellow co-workers and staff which I find very unethical. I am now horrified to continue to receive treatment in this place especially with that horrible female physical therapist. This place really need to address the staff issues that are going on because Im not feeling safe to continue treatment here. No medical facility has the right to make you feel like you are beneath them in any way. Hopefully someone will file a complaint to the Attorney General or medical board.

Well the doctor that has been treating me had some other patients to attend to so I got this other doctor named Dr. Patton and she was rude and very forceful. She doesnt know whats going on inside my body. Its not fair that a doctor gets to look over my folder for a total of five minutes and they automatically make the calls.

All I need is a UA for a job. One hour in and others have come and gone. I feel its the American flag on my shirt that has caused me to be left to longer than everyone else. I was told a few more minutes half an hour ago. Absolute abismal service.

Where do I start Upon arrival I had a piece of paper telling the front desk what I was there for and they still managed to not give me all the paperwork I was supposed to fill out. After about 30 min they finally gave me more papers when I thought the process might of got simpler but it didnt. I was taking a cdl physical so I had to fill out those papers on medical history about if and when I might have had a seizure or if Im currently taking medications. Since nothing applies I drew a line through all the Nos but I guess thats what upset them. It was about 2 hrs till closing so maybe everyone there just had a long day. After I did my drug test the lady told me I had to write a email when I never give anyone my email cuz they can contact me by phone. What are they going to do send me my results Then before she told me it was 3 min when everywhere Ive ever been the max min was 5 but now I gotta do it in 3 Point is I see yall are trying to be more strict but I dont cheat the system. I wouldnt be surprised if that number of minutes goes down. Then talking to the actual lady that signs off on your documents she was where i figured they must be pissed about how I marked off my answers. She told me everyone that does that dont read them. Then she always loves correcting me on how to do a squat. But she did everything real quick which made it seem like shethey dont really take their job seriously but they were mad I drew a line threw the Nos she later asked when I last been to the doctors and wanted to know what my most recent visit to urgent care was about but what she gunna do with the information try and help me Well after all that they gave me my papers to leave and I hadnt noticed they only gave me 1 year when I usually get 2. After looking at what they wrote im guessing its cuz Im fat that I only get a year Searching google they say being fat could lead to sleep apnea but in 2023 I went to old boys down the street at consentra and they actually took out a measuring tape and measured my neck and told me Im good. That or maybe they were just getting me back. Lastly yall half wrote my address if I wrote it down in a specific way I expect it to be the same. Youve done it the same cuz Ive been a customer here for awhile except for when I went to consentra. But for some reason yall didnt write it fully this time. But its fine cuz I hope to never go back to this location again. Also my tires dont like your parking lot.

If I could put 0 stars I absolutely would. I had the unfortunate experience of getting a work related check up by Stephanie. she was incredibly rude and unprofessional making snide remarks about my weight cutting me off mid sentence and writing things down on her paper before I could even explain my situation about what my body is going through. when I try to explain myself she would talk over me and roll her eyes like she had somewhere better to be. she didnt listen to a word i said and just wrote down whatever she wanted so she didnt have to deal with me and i feel like i wasnt evaluated correctly. I dont understand why you would want to do this line of work if you have no patience or interest in the well being of others. this is not my first time experiencing this at this location and not my first time seeing her. the disgusting treatment Ive received from her and staff at this location is unacceptable and I will be taking legal action very soon. your staff is vile and embarrassing. please shut your doors or get better staff

Plan on spending all day waiting to get called back. Doesnt matter how early you get here.

I brought my mom here 2 times already and shes elderly in crutches. They dont have a disability door access. The staff looks at you like they hate their job and they have attitudes. They moped and then told us we had to sit far away from the door she would be called from which was very inconvenient considering it takes her a long time to walk from one end to the next. Just very unprofessional.

I had an absolutely terrible experience with MBI. Their staff is incredibly incompetent and I had to visit their office five times just to get basic paperwork sorted out. To make matters worse they managed to lose my provider documentation multiple times causing endless frustration. The level of rudeness I encountered from their employees was astounding. Avoid MBI at all costs if you value your sanity and time.

Had an work injury recently and had it treated at the Palmdale facility in Tucson Az. My injury was treated and released in about two weeks and was much better for it.

I came in on a Tuesday at 11am checked in by very friendly professional young lady. Was getting a DOT Physical this was one of the most pleasant professional experiences Ive had doing one of these. Dont believe the bad reviews of the staff here is Top Notch ill be back. Thank you MBI

Horrible treatment at this facility. Took my husband to get checked up for a work related injury and have spent 3 hours and counting at this place for them to diagnose what is essentially a sprain. 1 of those 3 hours was spent waiting for paperwork. Ive seen a lot of bad doctors in my life but this is by far the worst. DONT GO HERE. And if you value your employees dont send them here.
