Excellent facility and care Ive been going to my Mayo primary here for 9 years and love her

Horrible. I had chronic pain for 3yrs and my primary doctor after seeing multiple specialists told me I should try Mayo. Firstly they treat you horribly if you refer yourself. No idea why my primary did not refer me he stated I could easily get in by myself. I guess you get labeled as attention seeking or drug seeking when you refer yourself. My primary also stated I would get a team of doctors who would perform tests talk to each other and be able to deliver a diagnosis better than local doctors that might take years to diagnose. But instead none of my Mayo Drs talked to each other. And I always had to make a whole trip back for every appointment it was expensive. They did a tilt table test on me and the doctor said I had mild POTS. I asked him what that was and whether it was causing my pain. He said probably not and to just keep hydrated. I was like ok..so what about my pain the reason Im here They were like well we can give you something to help you sleep but we dont know whats going on come back if you want. They acted like they didnt believe I was in pain. They did not explain POTS at all said it wasnt a big deal and I could learn more Googling whats the point of seeing these supposedly good doctors. They had NO interest in helping me. Worst experience in a medical setting ever. Avoid this place.

Best primary care experience Ive ever had. Everyone is so friendly and upbeat and ALWAYS on time for my appt. Ive never been to a PC that actually sticks to schedule. Dr. Suh is amazingSuper convenient they do blood work in house too.Cant say enough good things about this place highly recommend it.

A satlite Mayo clinic it has plenty of parking. The building is clean and it accommodates people on wheelchairs with wide doors.The staff is friendly and in many occasions they have gone out of their way to assist me. Reason why Mayo is my prefer provider since they are the best.

Dr. Kinaszczuk and her NP Megan Vlasek are both some of the best medical professionals I have ever worked with. Im suffering from a debilitating and terrifying condition that came on suddenly- both Dr. Kinaszczuk and Megan have taken both my mental and physical health seriously from day one. Dr. Kinaszczuk is a fantastic listener spends time with me to answer all of my questions and has been such a source of comfort during this very difficult time in my life. I am extremely grateful to her and Megan and all the staff at Mayo Primary Care for their exceptional care. Youve all made this horrible ordeal so much more bearable.

I would not recommend going to this place as I had a very bad experience. I have been going there for the last 4 years. While this year the location became out of network which I didnt realize nor the customer service who checks the insurance information did not notify us. With all that I ended up paying a very high bill and manager could offer anything in addition to help. They charge a lot for lab work you need to be extra careful as if everything is covered. The doctorsnurse will not get back to you if you have lab work done the results will be posted and you will not be contacted even when there is additional testing needs to be done or you should be seen by a doctor. I truly will not recommend this location to anyone.

Overall I like this place. You will have a wait past your scheduled appointment time. You will have some times where you have to call them to get scripts refilled that the pharmacy has already sent multiple requests for. And you will have to check for yourself the results of tests and then figure out what to doask them for a referral etc. Know this and set your expectations accordingly.That being said Ive had all of these issues at every doctor Ive seen in the past 11 years. I think its one of those too many patients to doctors ratio but that is the same almost everywhere.My GP is very pleasant and works with me to keep everything going as smoothly as he can. He doesnt give me long winded speeches about things that I knoware obvious or judge. He gets straight to it and I appreciate that. So again I think its an ok place to go.

This doctor office is so professional and the warm and caring service you receive is like no other place. Dr Filmalter is very professional kind caring and knows her Sports Medicine. Also Dr Waugh excellent physician. Edsel Bittencourt is a top notch physical therapist would recommend to all in need of therapy. Sometime the wait might be long but its worth it but anytime I have an emergency or illness they make openings available. Been with Mayo for many many years and I have not been disappointed with there services. Totally recommend this facility and any department part of Mayo Clinic. 1 and Best Hospital in Florida. Was told they were accepting new patients. Called set everything up but they were booked up until the middle of my vacation which is as far as their calendar went. I was advised to call back in two weeks when the calendar would be open past my vacation time. I did and was now told now I had to go on a waiting list and would be called when they had openings. Who handles their health care like this I wanted to start using Mayo because I had heard great reviews about how they treat people and make health care convenient. being pushed off a month and then told you have to go on a waiting list is not treating people right nor is it convenient.
