The Mayo Clinic is such a special place Its a medical facility that could also be a museum of art museum history and architecture. People travel from all over the world to be treated here but what makes it truly special are the compassionate skilled and dedicated employees. I stood outside the Mayo Building and watched bus after bus pull up to the staff entrance - and watched countless everyday heroes get off those buses and go to work performing miracles at a place that provides hope to people who need it most.

The parking is a bit of a nightmare if you go in the morning. Luckily Im not a morning person anymore. Excellent doctors clean with state of the art equipment free wheelchair service drop off area out front very thorough and youll have a whole team taking care of your needs.

Poor bedside manner and horrible fertility treatments. I feel completely betrayed by them. Dr.Khan kept wanting my boyfriends thoughts about the patient instead of listening to the patient I felt rushed into things with Dr.Babayev and felt that I was just a person for them to wait and see on I felt like a number not a person. I am distraught about my experience. They hold no accountability for what they did and the contracts they are supposed to uphold. NEVER COME HERE

Best Healthcare System there is no reason our local hospitals cannot be like this. Mitra prolapse valve repair. Robotic surgery 4 hrs. Feeling great at 412 weeks now. Does not have to be special case. Just make the phone call. So impressed with this hospital. Will never go to our local hospitals for any major surgery. Drs very kind listen. Your test results are given to you that day. Very organized System.

Their app is terrible and scheduling is confusing and frustrating. They tell me they cant make me an appointment but they dont tell me why or what theyd require for me to make an appointment. The doctors are great but their customer interaction with scheduling needs serious help. Very disappointed and angry.

We met Dr Yong- Mei-Cha for a consultation for my Dad this morning. She is the most knowledgeable patient absolutely brilliant doctor we have ever had the good fortune to meet. We went from Wisconsin and were hoping to upgrade my Dads pacemaker. We have great experiences in the UW Madison hospital but Dr Cha is no doubt the best in the world. To be in her presence we felt that her knowledge is beyond comparison. She spent a good one hour with us and was showing no rush. We are so grateful for this meeting and feel like a huge weight has been lifted. Before this meeting we were sure that my Dad required a third wire for his pacemaker but thein depth information that Dr Cha gave us changed our minds. Thank you Dr Cha. You are amazing. Thank you to everyone at Mayo Clinic. You definitely deserve the number one ranking. My Dads name is Sukhbir Dhillon and he shares this opinion.

Mayos has some of the best most caring medical professionals in the country.I had a tricky case and the team here has worked together to not only help my local medical team but to ensure I know I am cared for as a person. When local drs didnt know what to do Mayos stepped in and knew exactly what was needed. I feel comfortable and safe with every person on my medical team. I know that they are why I am okay. This place is an absolute blessing. God is in every corner and the medical team goes above and beyond. You are listened to and valued and you are helped.Miracle workers at Mayos.

I wanted the best hospital for my aortic valve replacement in 2015 and unfortunately selected Mayo Clinic. Apparently I fell into the very low percentage of people who experienced multiple complications during surgery and my recovery and not ONCE did anyone from Mayo so much as make a phone call to check in with me after discharge. When I filled out my survey after discharge and a year later I expressed my extreme dissatisfaction and said I would love to speak with someone about my experience and still have not heard from anyone. When you take your dog to the vet for surgery they show more compassion concern and follow up than I got at Mayo.

Words cannot describe how much we love he Mayo and how grateful we are to their lifesaving care.I grew up surrounded by hospital my parents were in the medical field. I can honestly say that no hospital has ever treated my family kinder than the Mayo.Not only are they kind but their quality of care is unmatched. Their efficiency is a marvel. All of our appointments are scheduled and coordinated together. It is beyond impressive.Every doctor we visited around the country gave a dire prognosis for my wife. I wont go into details here but suffice it so say that after her treatments here there are no residual issues. Where everyone else said she may die or be paralyzed the Mayo left her at 100. We are forever grateful.
