Maxim is the best. They are very attentive to their nurses. They work hard to make everything as smooth as possible. Working for them is great. The training process is thorough and they make sure that the cases you work on are a good fit.

I have a friend who has recently spoke to Maxim about care for their love one and upon learning the medical professional who is taking care for her child is not allowed to communicate with them. I find it rather troubling that someone who is responsible for the well being of the child while my friend is at work as not allowed to have my friends phone number or vice versa. You expect people to leave their family member with someone with no way of communicatingbeing notified in case of an emergency. What happens with an emergency the health care professional has to call the office and pray someone answer then the office calls the parent Thats a little ridiculous if you ask me. Because of this my friend choose to go elsewhere for care.

Im a LPN employed with Maxim Healthcare. Ive been a nurse for 4yrs and Ive never worked for a company who acknowledge their employees work ethic as much as they have. They go above and beyond to ensure that any case Im assigned is best fit for me and the patient. They have cases for any availability. I love that they provide opportunities for employees to gain skills. Working for Maxim have been very rewarding.

Just appreciate so much the hard work and consideration of my employer. When times seem tough they offer a listening ear and make great efforts to go out of their way for the difficult circumstances for the patients or myself especially Ms.Julia Evan Will Christina and Ms.Emily. They make me feel appreciated and show kindness. What a blessing to work with them and feel like the staff go above and beyond for their patients and employees.

Maxim Healthcare Services is a great company. They value their nurses and patients. Great opportunities for experienced or novice skilled nurses. Staff on the office are responsive and team oriented.

I am so disgusted with this agency not only did I waste my time appying but they have yet to find me any cases . They will sit you through a whole training session just to not give you anything. I would not recommend this place to anyone . Good luck
