Im disabled my doctor requested more help I was approved told me my caregiver would be here as long as I needed him. On August 19 I was told by Jeremy that my caregivers time was expiring on the 30th and that I was a great patient and my caregiver Domingo was truly Amazing but its been a pain to get him back between the incompetence of partners in care and maxim the 30th came and gone the told I could get him back but only blueshield kept in contact with me finally 25 days later finally got it approved called Monday they told me they got everything just working on the schedule Tuesday I called same thing except scheduler had an emergency wed I get a call from partners that maxim has dropped me so I call and told yes and they just got the contract in today its not fair for Domingo to Wait even though they found temporary work even he was shocked but blueshield was upset by both maxim and partners and making all documented and sent to supervisor . Far 8m concerned I spent month being lied to by maxim and partners and Jeremy whos in charge refuses to return my calls to explain why personally I would not recommend them agian or to anyone

Worked for Maxim for a short period of time but honestly had the best experience with the on boarding process with Madeline. G she was very helpful throughout the entire experience. The only thing I wish that was taken into consideration was my experience working with children who have disabilities and are on the spectrum and would have at least been willing to negotiate my pay rate as a paraprofessional. I think then I would have definitely stayed with this amazing company Anyways thank you Madeline for guiding me through the onboarding process youre amazing Hopefully if pay rate increases I would love to return to this company without hesitation

By far the worst respite company. Everyone is in charge in the office and not on the same page. We started respite care during the pandemic and in the beginning after our previous company closed during the pandemic Regional Center recommended this company. Over the years their service has really gone down hill. My most recent encounter was on Monday 8723 them removing the respite worker and not even getting a phone call from them. I heard it from the worker. When I called to speak to a manager Im told the entire office is running the show because the manager is on maternity leave. So I requested to talk to the director and was told that he was not in the office till the following day. To my surprise the man calls back after 5pm and leaves a voicemail stating that the office made a mistake and how if my worker completed her training that is due till December she could return on Saturday. I then received a call from the worker today 81123 to say the office said she need to clear background again and they would call her once again. No one called me to notify me of what to expect for our weekend care. And didnt bother to call her either. There lack of communication very disorganized and very unprofessional on how they handle their clients. I have contacted Regional Center to file a complaint and perhaps they should just remove them off their client list all together.We are based out of the office in San Diego on El Camino Real.

Maxim should not be saying that they provide urgent caregiver services if they are unable to provide patients with a caregiver and it is not right that they make patients wait without notifying them because it is only affecting people with disabilities. Maxim was unable to get me a caregiver for any of the days of the week that was requested. It is not right and Maxim should not commit to provide urgent caregiver services if they are unable to do so.

Maxim has been providing nursing care for my 3 year old daughter for almost two and a half years. We have had some of the best nurses work in our home. Recently staffing hasnt been the greatest but Kayla Andrea and Jeremy have been trying their best to find us full time staffing. Definitely one of the best home care companies out there. Maxim is honestly the most efficient compassionate caring agency Ive ever seen. Maxim helped me completely my trading even with my technical problems. They called me to confirm progress and even had the 24 hr service center help me as well. They all are real people who really love what they do a special thanks to Stephanie my recruiter for being so professional and driven. Also Joanna and Sergio for helping me execute my modules efficiently by connecting me to the right resources and being patient with me. Sergio and his team at Maxim are fabulous to work with. Weve been using Maxim for respite for 3 years and now recently for ABA. The providers they send to our house are courteous helpful and allow my husband and I time to get away and now with COVID time to work without interruption. Sergio works diligently with Tricare and the San Diego Regional Center to make sure we have the hours and approvals we need. I highly recommend their services.

Ive worked with Maxim for four years now . My experience has being wonderful . Maxim is great place to work They are very flexible and very understanding with your needs . They have a great team staff especially Valeria Sergio Gabby they have all been amazing in answering my questions in a timely manner. Theyre very attentive and frequently check in with me to see how Im doing. They do anything possible to fit me in a case thats fits my availability and my needs . I am very satisfied with my experience so far and I am confident that Maxim has my back. Im proud to be part of this team .
