Beaming Review

My interactions with the staff were courteous and professional; however, the communication and follow-up were disappointing. After learning that my insurance might not be accepted, I asked the office to contact my insurance directly to verify coverage. I was told this would be done on Wednesday, but I did not receive a follow-up. I called Thursday and Monday again and was told I would receive a call back, but no calls were received. I then followed up by email and received a brief response. I replied with questions and asked for a convenient time to call but received no response. When families are seeking ABA services for a child, timely communication is important. One of my questions was regarding the out-of-pocket cost of services. At this point, I have decided to seek services from another provider with more consistent communication and follow-up.
