I have started working with maxim few months ago and I love it. I feel appreciated and whenever I have issues everyone there is understanding and helpful I can not say enough good things about Maddiethe recruiter she is so so helpful understanding and compassionate. The new recruiters are also very awesome. Pretty much everyone who works in Maxim is very nice and helpful. I am very happy that I can finally work at a place where I get appreciated and i my concerns are heard. Plus the pay is also satisfactory. I highly recommend working for Maxim.

I joined Maxim in August of 2020 and have had nothing but the best experience. With Maxim I am able to become my sons CNA. My son is diagnosed with Autism Level 3-Nonverbal. With everywhere else my son didnt qualify because he wasnt as medically disabled as he needed to be for services. Maxim acknowledges the work and support it takes to raise a child like mine. They made it possible for me to be a CNA. Hours are flexible. I am so grateful for their kindness and support. Everyone is so nice and they really do have your best interest at heart

Ive worked as a caregiver for Maxim for Maxim for almost 10 years. Ive watched the Denver Office go through tough changes and difficult times but theyve managed to come out on top thanks to the amazing management team and staff. As a caregiver and a mother of a patient receiving nursing services no other home health company in the Metro Denver area compares.

I work for multiple home health companies and while Maxim does pay the best they treat their external RNs and CNAs the worst. They make it clear the internal employees time is far more valuable and the external caregivers must work around the office hours which appear to be 900-400. It is impossible to get ahold of any clinician outside of these hours. Amazing care treats their employees much better.

Working for Maxim has been great. This team supported help me and encourage me when I had a family emergency. Their hard working team. They have great training as well. 7 years with Maxim n Denver and a couple months in Florida 2 years ago gives me confidence in the Denver office to work with me communicate well on issues when necessary. Families count on them and they do their best to provide staff whenever possible.

They treat their internal employees much better than their external nurses and cnas. Office and area leadership is unprofessional. Management only cares about so if you have Medicaid they will pull your staff to put on a case with better insurance. Integrity line is a joke if you call it you will be routed to the office managers who will just sweep it under the rug.
