Working at Maxim as an RN has been a wonderful experience. Maxim highly values its employees and provides flexible schedules and competitive pay rates. It is also rewarding to serve patients in an environment that ensures continuity and quality of care with regular meeting to evaluate patients progress. The staff members at the office are friendly diligent and always ready to help.

Our family have had the worst experience with this agency. They are terrible Now that I am with another Agency I see how horrible Maxim is Maxim you did my family a favor when you all decided to discharge us instead of fixing the problem. I now see with this new agency that Maxim did not give a darn about my family members needs. They treated our family member as if they were doing us a favor The case manager was somewhat of a bully. I always felt talked down to with her. Maxim never really helped our family I would give no stars if I could Maxim your staff and Caregivers and case managers need more training in empathy tolerance and communication We never felt like our family member mattered. Worst Agency experience ever Stay away from Maxim

Very hard to try to set up care. After going back and forth on the type of care needed they said they were short staffed and would not take new patients. I sent the doctor referral elsewhere and was authorized and set up same day.

Ive been a CNA for Maxim Healthcare for sixteen years.The personnel and nurses have helped me whenever I hadquestions regarding care for my daughter-client or questionsconcerning paperwork andor protocol to follow.Whether Ive walked into the office or phoned the greeting has always been friendly informative and very helpful. I enjoy working with this team

Ive worked with Maxim Healthcare for almost 5 yrs Ive had an amazing experience great schedule great pay time off that I need. Sierra is an awesome scheduler the whole staff has been very considerate of giving me time off for emergencies too. Great place to work.
