I filed foe ssdi 3 years ago due to mental health physical problems I had left knee replacement in April having rt knee this spring my mental health I get out of bed maybe 2 week my case worker has been telling me that she finished my work history in Oct was sending it off it looked favorable Ive been out of work for 5 yrs if it wasnt for my 74 yr old father Id be one of those lost soles walking around mass cass...... they dont care

I had a great caseworker who helped me to get into online course since I can no longer work physically demanding jobs like I have in the past. Im currently enrolled in online courses and I look forward to working with Mass Rehab Commission MRC for job placement once I complete the Office Administration Professional course and Im ready to return to the workforce.

Ive been a client for three years. This organization is just here to scam the people out of money by way of taxation.... 192000000 budget and they cant help someone with serious mental illness... Literally just got a call from a 3rd party telling me they are waiting on my worker who last month blamed the 3rd party. 3rd party has been waiting since December for MRC worker for paperwork.Dont waste your time these people are a joke. They only help themselves into a state funded pension

Ive paid taxes in MA for 18 years. I lost my leg 19 months ago and asked Mass Rehab for help. 3 weeks ago I finally was assigned a caseworker and she told me to get a job and they can do nothing to help me with school essentially. Im going to hammer the Governors office about this until I get the help I need.

The rehabilitator literally threw her hands up in the air out of frustration and decided right there and then that she couldnt help my brother. He has since lost his job after 13 years. I believe she later quit. But my brothers life is ruined

Absolutely useless....Jennifer Laudani in particular is completely useless. If you apply for services God help you if you get Jennifer Laudani.

Someone called and left terrible message with no name. Can not reach anyone. Keep on getting hung up via phone hotline.

MRC has dramatically changed my life. As a cancer survivor I took time off to recover and vowed when the time was right get back to work. MRC has resources from funding to go back to school to connections when dressing for an interview. Im truly grateful and my worker Luz is very nice and helpful.

After 4 appointments all of which were a struggle due to repetition of information and documentation.Confusion and soul crushing false starts abounded.Today at the end of my appointment mycounselor had an OOPS moment.It seems I am not eligible for any services at all because of income. Hes had this document for over 6 weeks..... I dont think he ever looked at any of it. Incompetent is the most generous thing I can say.Doesnt belong in a position this delicate .
