THE ABSOLUTE WORST DR. SIMMONE IS THE WORST EXTREMELY DISRESPECTFUL AND HAS BEEN TELLING ME MY BABY ISNT BREACHED WHILE THE ULTRA SOUND TECH CONFIRMED HE IS. IM 37 WEEKS AND SHE WAS SUPER ADAMENT THAT HES NOT BREACHED. HOW CAN YOU SPREAD SUCH MISINFORMATION. SHE ALSO BELTTILED ME THE ENTIRE VISIT TELLING ME MY BABY COULD OF DIED BECAUSE I DIDNT TAKE HIM TO THE ER AFTER I FELT HIM KICK..... I WILL NEVER GO BACK TO SEE HER AGAIN UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE. I HAD TO RS ALL MY APPOINTMENTS WITH HER BECAUSE IM NOT GOING TO A PROVIDER WHO HAS NO CARE ABOUT THEIR PATIENT.

My experience has been overwhelming with the dental department. The Dentist Dr Ahmad and The assistant Rosendo I want to write a review about them along with the staff They all are always up beat happy and so professional and very kind it seems not so common these days However my life has certainly been changed through this experience regarding my Dental work words cannot express my experience and gratitude with the Dental dept at the silver spring location I know they have help and took care of many people Thank you Mary center Dental Dept this effects my whole family in the best way .God best you All Heart felt Ms.Gale Williams .

I went to Mary Center 121422 these folks are doing Gods work. From the moment I got there their staff was extremely helpful polite and professional. They helped me with payment methods despite not having insurance. I went to four dentistry offices prior felt like I was surrounded by vampires all of them unable to help me charging me for xrays and exams before quoting me their prices. I went to Mary Center in Silver Spring and everyone there was warming and eager to help my hygienist Carla was incredible she was comforting the whole time and brought a human touch. I could tell shes a wonderful human being she made the experience so pleasant. The staff at Mary Center are extremely busy they work long days and are a great service to the community. Im very grateful to them and highly recommend Mary Center.

I very disappointed I arrived at 115 pm to apply for something they attended me at 1.30 pm and I had an appointment for a cleaning at 200 pm i was ready 15 minutes before 200 pm and the lady said that they could no longer attend me because I was late

A Disappointing Experience at the Dental OfficeI had a thoroughly disappointing experience at this dental office. My dissatisfaction stems from several aspects that I believe are critical to any healthcare service but were noticeably lacking in this particular establishment.I was deeply disappointed by the lack of professional opinion regarding the treatment I deserved. Instead of receiving a thorough evaluation and a detailed discussion about my dental health I always felt rushed through the appointments and my concerns were brushed aside. The dentist seemed disinterested and failed to provide any insightful recommendations about the correct treatment I needed.Furthermore the issue of appointment availability was a significant concern. It seemed there was never a suitable time for patients. Despite their advertised schedule securing an appointment was an arduous task. This lack of availability not only inconvenienced me but also highlighted a glaring mismanagement of their scheduling system.My experience at this dental office was marked by a lack of professional expertise and an utter scarcity of available appointments.

The absolute worst experience. Horrible customer service. Canceled my childrens urgent dental appointment three times. Paired us with the wrong dentist several times. I have been waiting on an urgent appointment for a month and then they call to reschedule for ANOTHER month. Insane

The behavioral health staff is incompetent and their rates are awful. Id never use them for anything. I found a much better therapist elsewhere.

Facility is great Doctors are personable and take time to talk yo you. Staff is friendly and helpful.

I have had bad experience with Marys center dental office in Silver spring. I do not know if the problem was with the offices scheduling people or the office itself is disorganized. I made a dental appointment twice and both canceled a day before my appointment day. When I asked why the appointments canceled they said scheduling error both time. Scheduling error could happen once but why repeat again the same error after a month. Each time I had to wait for about a month to hear the appointment was canceled due to scheduling error. Poor customer service and disorganized office.

My wife and I recently tried to use Marys Center as our new primary care doctor and both of us wound up getting scammed by them. First they lied to my...
