I was referred to Dr. Steinberg in the fall of 2022 for neurofeedback sessions. I was struggling with pandemic-related issues severe depression anxiety and obsessive thoughts of impending doom triggering my childhood trauma. The sessions prepared me to handle two deaths in my family at the end of 2022. I continued with more sessions in 2023. I felt renewed and on purpose again I highly recommend this clinic as the results speak for themselves

Nuro feedback works but dr steinburg is a con artisthe charges you 600 dollars to talk to him for 45 minutes at first and then tries to rip you off more with his ridiculous package scam charging 300 Dollars for one hour of treatment 200 goes to the session 100 goes in his pocket for nothing I questioned him about the extra fee and he could not explain itDO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY ON HIS SCAM GO ELSEWHERE AND GET WHAT YOU PAY FOR

His treatment for my depression has been life changing. His comprehensive approach including therapy and practical coping techniques has empowered me to regain control of my mental health.

I have been very pleased with my experience here Ive done approximately 20 sessions so far and Ive notice as improvement in my focus. I feel like I can control my ADHD to focus on certain subject even if I dont feel interested in them. I am having an easier time maintaining my focus for longer durations as well. My sleep has been improving as well. It takes me less time to fall asleep now. I just started the alpha theta TX and after the first session I noticed a big improvement over my stress levels. After the session it felt as it a weight had been lifted off to me. Im looking forward to seeing how Im feeling after I finish all of the sessions. Im also pleased with the staff here Everyone is very kind warm and friendly. Easy to talk to as well. Mark Stienberg seems very knowledgeable and caring Ive had 2 sessions with him and I feel like he listens and responds very well.

When I first started I was somewhat skeptical as I had never heard of this form of treatment. However just a few sessions in I began to feel results. It started out with small changes such as feeling more relaxed in social settings or having less anticipation of upcoming social events. As I did more and more sessions and began to see bigger changes and began putting myself into situations that would have given me much more anxiety in the past. I would definitely say that the sessions have helped me with my anxiety while also improving other aspects of my life.
