Dr. Rybakov is a kind person but didnt take me seriously. I wouldnt be writing this review if it was something that didnt affect me however for the past 4 years Ive been following his advice you just need to learn how to learn after saying how I struggle with my focus. He laughed that I can get ADHD assessment which made my struggle completely invalidated. Ive been however convinced that I just need to learn how to learn. What Ive been able to learn over the years is that I know how to learn but there are multiple factors preventing me from doing so. I just hope that the doctor knows that some people that reach out for help dont really know how to ask for that help are sensitive and vulnerable.

Patient considerate and listens to and addresses all patient concerns with a professional demeanour kindness and in a respectful manner. Open honest sincere and has provided me with some the the most educated and informative care to date. He is extremely responsive and attendant to the needs of his patients.Thank you for your continued help

As a queer non-binary native New Yorker with an atypical work schedule Ive consistently found the best people and care at St. Marks. Dr. Rybakov is warm patient attentive non-judgmental and flexible. He has been my doctor for many years our appointments are always comfortable and positive.

Dr. Rybakov is an excellent doctor Ive been working with for many years who truly cares about his patients. The facility itself provides a very serene atmosphere with its charming decor and friendly welcoming staff.

Dr. Rybakov is very thoughtful about my struggles and cares about my life quality as I suffer from depression and anxiety. He gets back to me in a timely manner all the time regarding my treatment to ask me questions and listens to me to make sure I am doing better. He is the first doctor I have seen and I was skeptical and didnt know what to expect from a psychiatrist. He made me realize how important mental health is and how it affects any aspect of my life. I feel so lucky to be under his care.

Dr. Rybakov met my needs when a previous psychiatrist had moved on to a new practice that didnt take my insurance. He is quick with refills listened to my new concerns and has been a great listener. I would absolutely recommend him.
