I wish I could give more stars but honestly not a good experience with swimming lessons. The person in charge of swimming is extremely disorganized. Never answers an email. Swimming instructors are mediocre but I can only blame the person in charge who lacks competence. Plus they have a strict prepayment policy. If you decide to stop then you will not get a refund but a credit. Ridiculous.

My son goes to the preschool at the JCC and it has been the best decision we have ever made. I am so grateful to the time care and love the teachers and administrators pour into their students and their facility. Its truly magical. My only wish was that we had found it sooner. Highly recommend.

We joined the swim team- which was great. Then we moved in June. Before moving we called and canceled our membership to the team. July we got billed 100.00 for the team. Called and email multiple times. Told sorry well fix it. July came and went - no reimbursement. Aug came around and guess what- another 100.00 bill from them. Have spoken to Sophia Mello spelling via email and they keep billing us. Reported them for fraud already but beware - they dont stop billing even you move. They say they took care of it and then they bill you. Its ridiculous

I cant even leave this place a one star. My kids and I have been at this establishment more times than I count. I have done swimming music and gymnastics all at our local Mandel JCC. When covid hit they cancelled classes and refused to credit my credit card. Insisted on giving me a credit on my account only to be used there. Now after having a baby and gaining normalcy back in this world Samantha Klein rude and stand offish told me my credit expired and no longer can use. I was robbed of 270 from a funded organization that never had to close during COVID because they were very well funded. But refuse under every circumstance to give me back my money they are actually asking for more money if I want to sign up for a class. Dont go here support small businesses and the MANDEL JCC should be ashamed of themselves.

Honestly Im very sorry to give one star but a community center this will never be if the community is not free to come and go. Why would the playground be closed at 1230 on a Sunday Why can I not enter unless I have a specific event or activity booked Why must it always be so unwelcoming when I come Is the reason you choose not to offer memberships simply because you do not want members

My neurodiverse son has been going to the JCC for summer camp Schools Out days and more since he was 3. Their commitment to providing a safe fun supportive environment for all children has made a big difference for our family. May God bless them always.

Cool structure and all but when l was in the pool I had a total of ten AFRs in the pooldont ask. There was also this kid that was just playing Rainbow Six Siege which was plugged into the pool he then proceeded to throw his PS4 into the water as a life vest for me. I enjoyed playing Spider-Man while my other 5 AFRs where happening. The kid playing Siege had gains tho

This is a wonderful facility everybody has a big smile on They take very good care of the premises and keep everything pristine. We visit for swimming classes and the whole team including the swimming instructor Ms G are wonderful. She teaches the techniques very well and pushes the kids gently to strive for the better. She is kind and loving but disciplined and i love that.

I just signed up for membership at JCC IN PBG and I cancelled my membership with LA Fitness because I was very much impressed with how clean and how professional the staff are also very welcoming. JCC is 20.00 more per month than LA but I gladly pay more to come into an awesome facility and great atmosphere and its more family oriented which really intrigue me more. JCC staff are awesome its very clean very bright very inviting and top of the notch as far as Im concerned. Thank you JCC for an awesome job
