The nurse and I use that term lightly in triage today 2824 at 1240pm was by far the worse excuse of a human. Zero empathy shoved the test swab up my nose while grabbing me by my head with zero warning. I jumped and grab at her arms on instinct and she wants to get rude with me telling me not to grab her. Never in my entire time of being in this area have I ever had a nurse grab me like that. Ive been sick for 3 days just finally strong enough to come in and this is the way I get treated. As soon as my test results come back Im leaving and I will not be coming to Maine General again.

The receptionist and the counselors are fantastic...Loren...thanks for all you have done for me...you have kept me going and focused and always put me right back on track...they are so wonderful n caring here...and thanks to Lisa for helping my family... God bless you all for being in our lives atJust the right time...they only thing I dont like is your move ..much more comfortable n relaxing at the Hathaway center..wish you could go back there..everything seemed at a slower pace n not so busy there..
