As much as is possible when having a colonoscopy I had a very good experience at Dr. Lotsus office. Everyone was very professional and reassuring. They got me in quickly and I was done before I knew it. I also received a phone call from Dr. Lotsu an hour after the procedure so I didnt have to wait to hear feedback. I highly recommend this office.

Dr Lotsu is one of the most unprofessional doctors I have ever met. I messaged him about the billing of the procedure which I believed to be incorrect and he gave me a call back. Never let me speak. Told me I am misguided and that he is a doctor so his word is right. Spoke to me very condescendingly.beware of coming here. I really hope he reconsiders how he treats patients and how he handles situations. Please ask yourself is this the type of person I want to take care of my health And why is he not held to the same standard as his front office who are kind and great Dr Lotsu is truly unprofessional and will be reported as such.

Dr. Lotsu and his staff are the best They are so friendly and really take the time to talk through any questions you have. So much better than at a big hospital where they are just trying to get you in and out.

They were very efficient and friendly with texts providing useful preparation info. My only criticism would be that it would be better to first get an overview text stating all the changes in diet for preparation and when these need to happen perhaps a month before the procedure. That way when you are planning meals at the grocery you know what NOT to buy and what additional items you may need to prepare in the week before. So texts sent were detailed and great help would be good to get an advance schedule of dietary changes several weeks before to help plan.

I called to make appointments and provide information remy health background and because I asked and strongly suggested that they use consent forms instead of having the patient provide all information. They cancelled my procedure and stated that they would not service me because I was rude to staff. I felt that same way as the receptionist kept cutting me off mid sentence. But at this point Id rather find my own specialist since the staff suggested they were doing me a favor by seeing me anyway.

My only complaint was that already at 930Am Dr. Lotzu was running late. Total time was 3 hours. There hours on Friday are till 12PM andd there were 3 patients still to be seen. Other than that everyone was well informed very competent and professional. Dr. Lotzu was very personable Id recommend him highly.

Update had my scopes yesterday. Everybody was very nice but most importantly they did a great job. Ive been through these procedures many times before and this was the best experience Ive had. Prompt follow-ups and great information passed along to me.Just had my initial consult with Dr Lotsu. He was kind attentive asked a lot of questions and then listened and allowed me to fully respond. Made me feel at ease. Definitely comfortable working with him.

I have been seeing Dr. Lotsu for years even before he had his own practice. He is very personable and caring. There have been times where our appointments went over because the Dr. addresses every issue and takes time to get to know you. He is an awesome doctor and I am glad to have him as a part of my treatment team

This is the only GI doctor I honestly trust to take care of me. I originally met Dr. Lotsu at another clinic however I was told he would not be returning. I struggled to find a suitable doctor of his caliber until I finally found he opened his own business. Dr. Lotsu has excellent bedside manner and is very knowledgeable. His staff is amazing and will go above and beyond for patients. I truly recommend doctor Lotsu and his team. You wont regret it
