My son attended the toddler development group at Los Ninos Services in Valhalla. We loved it so much we did not want him to leave The whole staff was so welcoming and supportive. My son made so much progress in the short year he was there. He is less frustrated able to communicate his wantsneeds and happier all around. Los Ninos is a wonderful organization.

Where do I begin So my daughter entered EI with Los Ninos Services leading the front when back in October 2021 when she was approximately 15 months old. Madeline Gonzalez since the beginning has been EXCEPTIONAL. She demonstrated strong advocacy for my daughter and was consistent with reaching out to provide updates on pending approval for services. In addition to that something I value immensely is transparency. Madeline was super transparent with the process and always honest regarding what delays were impacting paperwork or services. For any parent reading - just remember that this is a partnership between you and Los Ninos. I cant stress that enough. You have to put in the effort with advocating with your childs doctors for the paperwork needed for the evaluators and coordinators to their job effectively.Even when I had hiccups with partnered vendors who administer the treatment - Los Ninos was quick to react and try to find solutions.Mega shout out once again to Madeline and the team at Los Ninos

I had the pleasure of working for Los Ninos Services and continuing to have a long-term professional relationship with Dr. Scott Mesh. I cant say enough good things about the services that Los Ninos Services provide. Dr. Mesh and Mrs. Edita Diaz are very caring professionals who have dedicated their lives to bettering the lives of children. If you need their services you will not be disappointed. I highly recommend Los Ninos Services.

Three years ago our family welcomed a beautiful baby boy. Our daughter and her husband were extremely excited to be new parents. They prepared as all first time parents do by reading books and having conversations with family and friends. By all accounts our precious grandson was reaching all of his milestones as expected. However at some point we started to see changes such as limited babbling and eye contact. We were very concerned but tried our best not to over-react. As a National Certified Special Education Teacher recently retired I encouraged my daughter and husband to speak with their pediatrician. At the same time our discussions about Autism began. As you can imagine my daughter a first time mother expressed deep concerns and was experiencing many emotions. She needed and wanted to understand what was going on.After talking with the pediatrician she and her husband decided to have our little boy tested. Early Intervention was recommended. He is in the Autism Spectrum. After crying and many wonderings she sought out services for our grandson. I accompanied her when she visited Los Ninos in ValHalla NY. As you can imagine I entered the building using two lenses. One as a grandmother and the other as a Special Education Teacher with over 30 years experience.Upon entering the building in Valhalla NY we noticed it was very clean and calm. The office was bright and the staff was welcoming. This initial experience began to give me hope It was important that our grandson be in a warm and welcoming learning environment. During our tour we were given very useful information and asked continuously if we had any questions. The tone colors children and staff seemed to be happy in this building. We asked a lot of What if... or What happenswhen... questions. There was a response for all of our questions. I left being very satisfied with our first visit. Our daughter went through the registration process and our grandson began services in Los Ninos the Valhalla NY location. We had given our precious little boy to professionals that we thought would help him. WE WERE RIGHTOur grandson has made such extreme improvement and demonstrates confidence when expressing himself. After several months he was talking and interacting with us. He was naming animals and the sounds they make colors letters to name a few things. As time continued he began to answer Yes and No questions. He played with a variety of toys and was now hugging his family and friends. His consistent progress has been remarkable. Every morning he held hands with his provider and would say Bye Poppa. to my husband. This amazing little boy always left willingly and happy to start his day in Los Ninos.During the pandemic we were able to experience the quality of services being provided to our grandson. We were able to Zoom with the support staff. As a professional in the education field I was impressed I was able to observe the Specialized Design Instruction that was being provided for our grandson. I noticed he was transferring what he was learning in school to our home. The kind tone and positive approach we experienced during our initial visit was consistent. The entire staff played an important role in our grandsons progress. We will be eternally grateful for the foundation they provided our grandson and the respect they gave him. He has been treated and valued as an individual that Can do and with the right support will be able to progress. Our family highly recommends Los Ninos Services to families that have similar concerns. All children will grow and develop skills at their own pace and having specific and quality support by professionals that are well prepared to do this amazing work will make a difference in all of our lives. We want to say Thank you to all EACH and EVERYONE of you administration nursing office teaching including assistants therapists teams etc are amazing and give families hope.

The worst service very little communication. Due to their lack of communication especially from the Kemerly coordinator my daughters were very affected but worse were the evaluators who did the evaluation I would never recommend this agency for any services. Are some

Luckily I decided to join Young Child Expos conference for teachers for me to widen my knowledge when it comes to special children. I ventured out into being a special education teacher because I saw the need to teach children with special cases. There were some things that I got to understand even better all thanks to Young Child Expo.
