Wonderful practice Dr. Lori is the best

Dr gara matthews was completely dismissive of all parent and teacher input and only cared when her little tests showed. She also couldnt even be bothered to write her own note and instead copy and pasted it from a previous note. Do not goThen after not liking my survey results all the doctors in the office refuse to help my daughter. Maybe the state should look into the fraud being perpetrated by this practice

Love Dr. Gara and Dr. Friedberg. Been going to them for many years. Wonderful doctors. In the past there was one rude front desk person but I think shes gone now.

The two doctors Dr Lori Gara-Matthews and Dr Friedberg are absolutely AMAZING. I could not speak more highly of them both. They are professional kind thoughtful and downright loving. They provide a level of care that is second to none. After illnesses or even just questions they will even text me to ensure the kids are ok. Side story One of my kids had a fever that spiked one night so we rushed him to the emergency room. The doctors couldnt figure out what it was and finally said it was an ear infection. I wasnt convinced so i texted Dr Lori. She cleared her schedule and saw him immediately - and diagnosed that he didnt have an ear infection but instead a virus that caused the fever. There was no reason for him to be on penicillin I couldnt believe it and I am so appreciative for their extraordinary care.They make themselves available morning noon and night. To put simply their care has been some of the best I have received and i trust them implicitly with my kids health.

Absolutely HORRIBLE experience......two major issues 1 my kids 15 and at his wellness visit the doctor unceremoniously booted me dad from the room. No explanation no prior warning nothing. Just get out. Since my child is 15 the doctor had NO LEGAL RIGHT to make me the legal guardian leave But not to cause a scene I left the room and confirmed with the front desk that there is NO legal basis for them to make guardians leave their children during the examination. It was just their practice 2 Then as I walked back into my childs exam room I found him holding a PEN in one hand and a urine sample bottle in another Without any explanation or prior consent the nurses were urging my child to sign a form agreeing to a Chlamydia test. Totally ILLEGALNeedless to say we will never go back. Its clear that this practice is willing to bend the law or ignore it outright to do what it wants to do to children. STAY AWAY
