All the staff and the Doctor was nice. My phlebotomist was a professional really good at her job.

Such a wonderful place to receive primary care from. I personally see Jen Manuel and she practices with such kindness. I am truly grateful for her and her team. The front desk staff is also super friendly. I appreciate that they remember my name it definitely feels like they are creating a connection with their patients. Would 100 recommend to be seen here.

I had a great experience at Lone Star Circle of Care. The front desk staff and the medical personnel were so friendly and personable. I felt very comfortable in their care which is very important because Ive had so many negative health care experiences in the past. I recently lost my insurance and Im unemployed. I met with their eligibility specialist and was able to get affordable care the same day. 1010 would seek care here again.

Terrible. They will bill you wrong and will not address it. Will continue to deny the responsibility and send you in circles. 5 months of trying to get them to fix a bill they have filled wrong.UpdateThey are literally denying my annual physical and stating that it is an office visit.Just fyi if you get a physical at this office make sure you dont tell them how you are feeling. Let them run the tests. Because if they learn about family history and look in to anything apparently this is where they will scam you. According to billing. Answering how your feeling will get you slapped with bills on top of bills. Avoid this office at all cost.

I went in for a checkup and Dr. Kajoh was very nice and patient he explained everything and wasnt judgmental. The staff were very friendly and helpful and understand of my situation. The wait wasnt long and the doctor explained my testing results succinctly. I recommend this clinic if you are looking for a local primary care.

They made my new patient experience feel easy and like I was not a burden The front desk was friendly and super helpful. Dr. Manuel was absolutely amazing and made me feel like I was actually being cared about. Worst business ethics Ive ever seen. They wait until after you speak with your provider and then they send you in a 15 pill prescription at 14 the strength you were previously getting. They make sure they only give you a half month prescription after they bill you for a full 30 day prescription. Explains why they only have a 3.1 rating. Please dont let them fool you like they fooled me. Theres so many other health care services out there that can serve you better.

They recently moved locations and i was running a few minutes late. I called to ask where to park and the front desk person told me I was too late. I told her I was outside and I just needed to park and she said sorry you can come back in the morning i told her i cant get off work again and she was like oh well. Lovely customer service I hope that means that the doctors will start to be on time and not have patients wait for 45 minutes like I normally have to

I have appointment here today n told its canceled or I can cancelled it. Eventhough they called me over the phone to confirm n told them yes I will be there. Its messed up.. Shes asking me if want to book another appointment NO... she doesnt know how hard for me to get appointment since I my husband work out of town n have weird schedule n I have no baby sitter... n here I am looking forward to be here because I know I need it.. I was just disappointed

I was surprised by how easy it was to get an appointment. The staff were helpful and very friendly. Dr. O took the time to listen to my concerns and work with me on a plan to get my diabetes under control.
