Love the doctors but impossible to call and make an appointment their online portal to schedule appointments never works and when we get there they expect us to wait 30-45 minutes to be seen but if youre less than 5 minutes late they wont let you be seen I got there on time but was waiting because they were having issues with another patient and when they finally got to me I was past my check in time and they tried to say I was late and couldnt be seen We went back and forth on it and eventually they let my child be seen but front desk is always unbelievably rude and not understanding.

Can not get the doctor to respond to multiple calls about prescription refills. I have been leaving messages for two weeks and so has the pharmacy that we use.Labs are needed and dr will not has not sent orders.No one knows what is going on when you call the patient portal is always messed up. This place used to be a good place.

Love the doctor and the staff. But trying to schedule an appointment is a nightmare. You can never get through on the phone to talk to someone. Its always over an hour wait. And trying to do it on the online portal but it never works. I was only able to schedule sick visits few times on the portal but other that that it always dont allow me. I tried sending a message but that wont except the location Im trying to pick. I hope they work on their website and fix the issues. Other than that they are great.

Worst clinic to attend for any service If I could give negative stars I would but Im only reviewing to warn other people. I was told to arrive early only to end up waiting over an hour past my check in time. I sat there waiting and waiting and the staff kept assuring me I would be seen soon but eventually I had to end up leaving because I had to go back to work as I didnt think it would take over an hour and a half to get a regular annual check physical. I left very angry and frustrated that my time was wasted and I didnt even get to see the doctor. After I went to the front desk they asked me if I wanted to reschedule. As if Im never going back here again . Ill find another clinic that actually cares about their patients. Goodbye Lone star circle of waiting

I was 9mins late and had already checked in online and doctor Ishita Ghosh didnt want to see me with my 7month old. They wanted me to reschedule. Meanwhile every time we go we had to wait more than one hour to be seen and the front desk staff was very rude. Never taking any of my 3 kids back here again.

Weve set two different appointments for our daughter to see be seen by a physician. Both times weve received a reminder text though with another childs name and when we get there they tell us were not on the schedule and the physician she was supposed to be seen by isnt even in the office for the day. The front end staff has been incredibly rude and unapologetic about whatever error is going on and tries to blame the issue on uA different time they called to cancel an appointment and called the wrong number. A number that has no semblance to either of our phone numbers. When we got there they lectured us about answering our phones. When they showed us what number they had called we told them it wasnt our number and wasnt on our registration to which they reverted back to lecturing us about making sure to answer our phone. It was such nonsense we literally just left.Needless to say this last time was the final straw. The providers do a pretty good job but every front office person weve worked with has been incredibly unprofessional. We wont be coming back.

Dr. Dossul is amazing. Every visit she comes in and spends time with our family it never feels rushed like some other doctors. Surprisingly with this in mind it rarely takes very long to get through the entire visit. She is a caring doctor and does an amazing job at answering questions for not only the adult but the kids as well. An extra plus is she modelspractices consent with the children during an exam. Lone Star Circle of Care though isnt that great---the 800 number and switchboard is an awful structure especially for a pediatricians office.

I scheduled an appointment a couple days in advance showed up got blood tests all within an hour. They scheduled a follow-up one week and were able to confirm the issues immediately. I have never seen service so quick. I cant quite understand the bad reviews. I did not experience any of this. That said seeing the crowd this poor place has to deal with and I cant say Im surprised. People must show up and just ask for medication without any diagnosis and then get upset when they dont provide it. Do yourself a favor and just try the place out and ignore the bad reviews. You can always switch if it doesnt work out.

I feel just awful rating this place 2 since weve been taking both our kids here for 8 years with no problems but that is being generous at this point. They have been continually rude in person for months and now recently on the phone. The nurses who answer call backs are RUDE and you cant get a call back from a doctor at all. The lady acted like my husband was trying to get our daughters Dr to drop her entire day to call us back but thats not what we were asking had she not been so rude and interruptive she may have figured that out. They have an appt on their books that we missed that I have documented never was on ANY books I do keep track and because of that our daughter cant have her medication until we see her Dr next week which is a complete backslide from all the progress shes made so far. I WILL take this up with her Dr and prove their records are WRONG and this isnt MY fault. So thanks LONE STAR Do NOT go to this place if you are expecting quality care and a caring staff If you do choose to go here for some kind of mental health care and they tell you well figure out what dose works best yeah DONT. Because they are not gonna help you if you fall short because of their advice. Im pretty sure when we see them next week it will be the last as I am already looking into other options. I feel sad that its come to this after so many years Pathetic

WARNING DO NOT GO YOU WILL WASTE YOUR TIME LOSE YOUR PATIENTS I wish I could give a negative star I have had nothing but horrible experiences at this location. I had an OB Apt and have never had worse service EVER The staff has never greeted me with a smile and has always been extremely rude. I have felt disrespected many times just by their tone and the way they looked at me. The doc told me wrong information many times. My appointments were always wrong. I wish I would have recorded their confirmation calls because they lied to me and when I showed up at the time and place they told me they were upset with me Then rudely told me I had to wait a couple of hours to be seen because another lady was early by 30 minutes. I was 10 mins late because THEY TOLD ME TO GO TO THE HOSPITAL They kept me on hold so long I drove over there before they even came back on the line. Horrible Customer Service and I cant say it enough how rude they are. They should all be fired and hire people with respect for patients. I swear the GIRL at the front has serious people issues. Should be FIRED immediately Oh and I am calling to make a complaint as well
