Lonestar Circle of Care - Temple

They put things in my medical history that werent true. When I call to schedule the wait its at least an hour. Today I had a virtual appointment at 8. I waited until 820 then they said I missed my appointment. The provider never showed up. Ive been giving this clinic a chance for a year now. Its ridiculousThe pediatric providers are amazing though

I have gone to Lonestar Circle of Care Temple several times and have always had a good experience. I have seen Dr. Alexandra Wynn and have had excellent experiences. She is very knowledgeable compassionate kind thorough and prompt with any prescriptions or referrals. It has always been easy for me to schedule an appointment and I have found the other staff members to be helpful and professional. I definitely recommend

IVETTE IS THE WORST AT HELPING CHECKING IN SHE NEVER CHECKED IF I WAS A LEVEL PATIENT SHE WENT STRAINGHT TO GIVING ME SOMETHING I HAD ALREADY DONE AND WHEN I TOLD HER I DID SHE KEPT ARGUING SAYING I DIDNT AND SHE NEEDED ALL THE PAPERS FOR THE LEVEL AGAIN. IT WAS ABSURT HOW RUDE THAT GIRL WAS IF YOU DONT LIKE YOUR JOB JUST SAY THAT AND LEAVE JESSICA HAD DONE EVERYTHING AND ANYTHING TO HELP ME GET SEEN AND GAVE ME A NEW PATIENT PACKET TO FILL OUT TO MAKE LIFE EASY FOR THE NEXT GIRLS THAT WERE GOING TO CHECK ME IN FOR MY APPOITMENT AND IM SOOOO THANKFUL DR. VARGAS AGREED TO SEE ME THE PAIN WAS UNBEARABLE IVETTE NEEDS HER ISSUES ADDRESSED BECAUSE SHE DOES NOT WANT TO BE THERE AND THE WAY SHE TREATS PATIENTS IS INHUMAN.

This was my 1st time going there for my 2 year old son. Everyone was nice very helpful so I was happy about that

Get ready to wait 25 mins and long just for them to answer the phone couldnt even make a appointment because they wouldnt answer

dont go here they dont care about their patients mental health. youll sent in the phone for 2 hours trying to get a appointment the patient portals they never answer

I literally just drove 30 min to see jimmy Spakes FNP. I arrived right at 1156. My appointment was at 1145. I was told by the front desk that he goes to lunch at noon. First off there was no way my appointment would be done by noon because of what I was there for so how was he going to lunch at noon. They wanted me to reschedule for 3 or come back tomorrow. Mind you I live 30 min away. I would of appreciate it if there was a little common curiosity of the fact I drove 30 min. I apologize for being late and I was trying to get there. Front desk was really stand offish and didnt even try. As a patient I dont want to be treated that way. I will take my business elsewhere I absolutely needed to be seen.

I had a pretty bad experience at this doctors office with my 3 year old son. We just moved to Temple and I need to set up a primary care doctor for him. I shouldve known with the first appointment when she Kristin Alaniz brought up his BMI. Hes three years old that doesnt matter. Hes also extremely active and healthyAnyways we went back a few months later because he was complaining of ear pain for the first time in his life. When we went in Dr. Kristin Alaniz checked his ears and told me that they were perfectly clear. There were a couple of other things she checked out but said it was all normal. Well two days later we went to the ER because he had a very high fever and mucus was coming out of his eyes. The doctors at the ER checked his ears and said they were so clogged they couldnt even see his eardrums which caused the mucus to build up in his eyes. And that theres no way that could build up over two days. They told me to never go back to that doctor again because if she misses something like clogged ears she will most definitely miss bigger things. They cleared it out and he has been fine since then. How can a doctor miss something so obvious I will never go back.

The only reason Im still TRYING to go here Id because Im uninsured. But its nearly impossible to schedule appointments or even talk to someone as a working person. If you have no other options by all means go to Lonestar. Otherwise their customer service is nonexistent and they dont seem to care about mental health.

I was first ok with the visit until I went to the patient portal and saw the notes left by the NP. The notes were not accurate. It said certain things were discussed with me that were not that recommendations were given that wasnt. Also a blood test was done without me fasting and when I asked about it the answer I received was oh itll be ok . 3 weeks later LSCC claims a letter was sent out about my blood test but I never received it. I had to call wait on hold for over an hour to speak to a nurse who was curt with her answers and just wanted me to schedule another appointment more money to just get answers. In short their medical health services seriously lack care and concern for the patient. Their notes DO NOT reflect the truth of the visit and in the end you leave with nothing resolved
