My son been going to this place for 11 years since he was a baby but sadly we had to leave this place forever first and foremost his pediatrician Dr Ali was nothing but amazing and very informative about any concerns I had with my son . But unfortunately she left and retired its upsetting that nobody told me she was leaving .. Anywho so I scheduled an appointment with with Dr winful we arrive to our appointment and I notice the place was just different I mean the atmosphere was off it wasnt welcoming everyone had terrible attitudes . Im leaving 1 star because I wasnt informed that my son pediatrician of 11 yrs had left and also my son and I waiting to see the doctor for over 30mins so I got up and left and wont ever return back .

Not being able to reach the clinic itself is ridiculous I have called two in a row and only spoke To automated voice. This is ridiculous. Fast forward two months and they still do not answer or return calls in a timely fashion. I still have to go to the clinic to have simple questions answered

I came here with my two daughters. It was our first time meeting a new doctor. The ladies in the front were very nice. The other ladies in the back were also very nice to my daughters and I. Doctor listened to all my concerns and respected my decisions with my children. I also liked how the doctor was not pushy like most doctors are and she was non judgemental.

I worked here for a short time. This was the most unprofessional environment Id ever been in. The staff does nothing but gossip about each other the providers and about the patients. The providers dont care about their patients only the money they provide. Theyre very disrespectful and try to force certain vaccines on patients that previously denied. I had to leave shortly after arriving because I couldnt support and contribute to this facility. Find another clinic your children deserve better.

So I have been coming here for 19 years and have been coming to Dr. Ali and never had an issue whatsoever she was always great and patient and non judgemental with that being said I found out she left so I had to schedule with another dr so I was given Dr mani everything was good till she said 3 vaccines today and I asked which ones and one of them was HPV vaccine my daughter is 11 and we did not want it and as soon as I said no the whole mood changed she got very snappy with me and cut me off when talking and the thing that made me most upset was I wasnt going to be asked initially permission to administer the hpv vaccine until I asked she never asked me or told me anything when I had dr ali she asked me for my other child and I declined and she never judged or got upset when I declined. Im seriously wondering if this is against patient rights for health care and felt very disappointed in the treatment when I declined I hope dr mani doesnt do this to others bc she might have problems on her hands. Very disappointing

Been taking my little guy since he was born and they have been nothing but the best. Front desk is amazing and drs are pretty cool. Majority of my familys chosen pediatricians.

Between them sitting down instead of doing their jobs at checking client in when they arrive their empathy and professionalism SUCKS Sitting there gossiping with your workers is unprofessional To laugh in a client face because youre talking Melissaquite sure she gave the wrong name and for Eugenia is the WORST Got there at for a 3pm appt at 315pm and waiting for them to finish conversing for a min and a half checked in to be told after completing paper work that the provider was booked. Two weeks ago went for my new born and sat in the back for 45mins to be seen by the provider and left after 5pm from 315 appt. GHETTO AND UNPROFESSIONAL Please open up location off Clear Creek because they NEVER conducted themselves in such manner. When asked who do I report them to they ALL laughed and didnt care. A waste

We had an early morning appointment the hospitality was amazing. Everyone we had in contact with had exceptional service. My kids was comfortable so it made us feel great about coming this far. Thank you

Please parents if you want good doctors this is NOT the place to go. They mainly only make your child see PAs because the actual doctors are rarely there and they are ALL very inexperienced and unprofessional. Ive been taking my kids here for about a year only because they are the closest clinic to me. And believe me when I say they are VERY inexperienced when it comes to diagnosing symptoms and giving shots. They will give you a treatment or solution leave the room google treatments come back in and tell you different from what they just said. And they will do this 3-4 times per visit. Earlier this year i brought my newborn in and Dr. Ali walked in wearing a mask and kept coughing while carrying my baby. I mean if youre a doctor and youre coughing a lot maybe you shouldnt be holding my baby or even coming in to work when you know all your patients are babies and young children. I also went in to have my 4 month old checked out and they said they wanted to do a blood test I thought they knew what they were doing. this nurse said she couldnt really see the vein clearly but she still went ahead and put the needle in my babys tiny little arm. Instead of the needle going straight in the vein my husband and I watched as this nurse struggled to find the vein after she put the needle in and she literally kept moving the needle around INSIDE my babys arm trying to find the vein. My baby was screaming in pain. We were horrified. I had to stop them and told them to just pull the needle out. Ive had SO MANY blood test and blood drawn from my arms throughout my years and Ive NEVER experienced a nurse sticking the needle in my arm before she even finds the vein and then keep moving the needle around while its already in my arm. They are very nice and friendly but we dont take our children to them just because they are nice and friendly. Our babies need good doctors and nurses that will take great care of them. So again moms and dads PLEASE do not bring your children here. Its not worth it. you will regret it and maybe your kids will even hate you for it

Dr. Ali is knowledgeable kind. When my child is sick I am always able to get appt. other doctors are good too. Staff is very caring. Dont rush me to leave they allow me to nursemy baby in the room after everything is done. Well priced also if not free based on your income. Highly recommended.
