Very nice people but truly incompetent. Twice I scheduled an appointment came in checked in and waited only for them to tell me they cant give my child the vaccines because they dont have them in stock. One pro tip is to check you can provide a service before the client arrives and waits for an hour.

Ive been trying to get in touch for weeks already. No one is taking the calls coming in. I called twice one day and now Im calling today. Same thing. No one answers the phone. Ive been one hold for over 1 hour today. Not mentioning the previous 24 minute phone call earlier. Well over 1 hour and 30 mins wasted holding the phone.

We had been going here since we moved -and was happy.But then on our recent visit we were charged for services that were not done or completed.They could not draw blood from my daughter 2-3 times but a specimen was submitted to the labs.I called and even went there to let them know and asked how and why we are charged for it.I asked to speak to the doctor but never heard from her since.So until now I have a bill from a service that is not rendered.They are over charging in this clinic.

I hate giving sad reviews.. My baby had a high fever was wheezing and her ribs were retracting slightly..so out of concern I made the next available appt I could. I brought her to Dr.Gomez and everyone was very friendly ButDr.Gomez said she didnt hear any wheezing even though the nurse made a comment about her wheezing too during vitals and to bring her back in a couple days if her fever stays high since it had been a fever for a few days. I told the Dr my concerns with her breathing and she showed me a video of an extreme case. I felt like I didnt really know what I was saying and doubted my concerns since the Dr said she was okay. I told the Dr she was exposed to RSV So they did an rsv test which came back NEGATIVE.I brought my baby to the ER less than 24 hours later because her ribs were retracting again. She was wheezing badly and had a fever of 102.4.The ER doctor listened to her and said it was bronchitis. They took an Xray and it turns out my baby has Bronchitis Pneumonia and RSV POSITIVE. So they prescribed antibiotics and did breathing treatments.. etc.Today is 3 days later we have been in the HOSPITAL ever since. Shes had a high fever ever Night they have her on oxygen.. etc.Im giving one stars because its scary that this was so missed and Im glad I went with my instincts to take her to the ER the very next morningYall this is terrifying that I went home thinking she was totally fine with a basic viral-something that would pass on its own. But again everyone was friendly. Especially the Nurse who helped us she was very sweet.

Dr.Malik is just the kindest soul and a wonderful pediatrician. I enjoy seeing her every time she answers all my questions and never makes me feel rushed or that she is judging me as a mom. The MAs are nice but just doing their jobs and move on vitals shots they get the hard jobs. Front desk Naomi was very kind to us as she is every time we go there are times when she is alone at the front which I know is difficult. She handles it with grace. Obviously there is a wait it is a MD office and that is how they are I havent had a bad experience here thank you all.

I would rate this experience a nightmare and a zero if I could. The Doc over here at the office in Hutto has a number thats wrong and I cant fill my sons prescription. I tried going thru the 1800 number and the nurse is was supposed to call and no call back. They were supposed to call me back two days ago. Now Im here in person at the clinic and told them to fix the docs number so my son can get his meds and Ive been sitting here for over an hour. The Doc called my wife at work Even though Im sitting in her lobby. I see now why there is such a low star rating.

Im new to Texas and I had an appointment a week ago with my two children I had a good experience. I called that we were new patients and they didnt answer and I left them a voicemail and they got back to me right away love that Inside the facility is nice as well.

I remember reading the poor reviews on Google Yelp and Yellow Pages and thinking Maybe theyve changed. Theyre so close So convenient Itll be fine.I know others have had various issues with this place but it was the billing department that got me. They kept trying to charge my old insurance well after a year of switching and me informing them of the change numerous times. They eventually stopped asking and billed me smaller amounts in the mail here and there so I assumed they had finally gotten it right. But at the end of the year they sent me two HUGE bills completely out of the blue. I sent them a message asking about it and they pointedly replied that they had been sending bills about it for a while and implied that I had just been evading payment while continuing to rack up free doctors visits over the course of about 18 months.When I asked why no one had called me messaged me or simply talked to me in person at the clinic about my owing well over a thousand dollars from visits going back over a year they got very defensive and told me that no one at Dell Childrens does that. They also insisted that because they had my credit card on file I was aware of the balance regardless of them billing me or not.Anyway after the headache of getting that squared away I contacted the administration so they could have a chance to rectify the billing departments issues. To this day I havent received any sort of response from them but I was recently informed the billing department was sending me to collections. I had to wait on hold for 45 minutes as I did every time I called Dell Childrens for them to tell me that I did not in fact have a balance for them to send to collections.So I guess what Im saying is it was not fine.

The staff and nurses are always nice and helpful especially when you are alone and have your hands full with the kids. Dr. Siddipeta was so great with my newborn and took interest in our family and even got to know my older son. She became our permanent pediatrician for BOTH of my children due to how much she cares. I have visited with other doctors at this location when she wasnt available and for my eldest sons behavior therapy and received the same caring service. I have been disappointed with Lone Star Circle of Care in the past but they have changed my opinion.
