Lonestar Circle of Care - BEN WHITE HEALTH CLINIC – BEHAVIORAL HEALTH

I just want to give this location a thank you. My Doctor Kristen Dennehy is absolutely amazing. I have a lot of health anxiety and she is so understanding super cool and chill and she is really working with me to help me get to a point where I am feeling 100 about my health. She listens and doesnt just try and rush you out like some doctors do around Austin. The ladies in the office are all super cool too. Lone Star Circle of Care does have some locations that arent so great but my experience at this location has been amazing and I will be a patient of Dr. Dennehy as long as she is in Austin

I made an appointment to see a doctor half way through the appointment I found out this person is not a doctor and only a nurse and if I want to see a real doctor I have to schedule another appointment and pay again. I called their billing department and they said they would get back to me and never did. I paid the bill for the nurse appointment that they scammed into never have seen their doctor and never came back.

Ive been a patient of LSCC for several years now. Both with and without insurance. Ive gone to several locations and this one is genuinely my favorite. The front desk staff is warm and friendly at least in regards to the interactions Ive personally had and the medical assistants as well as providers have given me time and dont ever make me feel rushed even when theyre busy.

Its really sad when you have staff that are extremely rude and have an attitude I had an appointment today I went in and the lady in the front desk was really rude I got seen by doctor Kristen such a lovely doctor super friendly took her time to explain how to care for my cold but sadly will not be coming back to a place where front desk people seem bothered by your presence

We live in North Austin and we love the customer care from the Ben White location we dont mind coming down to South Austin the staff and especially Dr Eapen are great they super attentive and professionalwhat more can I say they are great ..

Lone Star is the definition of 1 star service. They are incapable of directly connecting you to anyone when you need help. They do not call back when you leave your phone number. They have 2 hour wait times on the phone. They wont fulfill your prescription and then not inform you until its too late and youre out. If you can go ANYWHERE else do it. This place DOES NOT CARE ABOUT PATIENTS. Its sad because there are actually some good NPs and Doctors here but their staff and patients services make them impossible to work with. I will never step foot inside of another Lone Star again and neither should you. Please trust me.

Very fast and efficient care. Ms Cassandra is an amazing person she is always happy and sweet. She does her job with a smile and has very good conversation

I met Ms Cassandra 3mths ago with a A1C almost 12. I joined her study with the sensors and I truly believe it saved my life. My A1C is 7.0 Im down 7lbs. I feel great and I cannot thank her enough.

Front desk team was very friendly. Kristen the PA did a great job explaining everything to my fianc. She took her time and was so caring.

The service at this clinic is HORRIBLE My mother is a patient at this clinic and they take FOREVER to call back. Then when you do get a call back you get hit with attitude for the clinical staff. My mom did some diagnostic testing last week they received the results on Monday and she has been calling and calling and never gets a response. They provide the worst customer service. I would give them no stars The staff just works for a paycheck and not the care of the patients.
