Introduction
Hi, I’m London Lang, a pediatric speech-language pathologist based in Ventura County, California. I work with children from infancy through young adulthood, supporting communication across all stages of development. My approach is play-based, strengths-focused, and child-led, with the goal of building confident communicators. I have experience in early intervention, language development, feeding, speech sound disorders, and AAC, and I practice ASL as a second language, guided by learning from the Deaf and Hard of Hearing (DHH) community. As both a professional and a mother to a child with unique needs, I lead every session with compassion and empathy.

Empathy guides everything I do. I understand how vulnerable it can feel to support a child with communication challenges, both professionally and personally. I’m playful because learning happens best through connection, joy, and meaningful interactions, not pressure. I’m warm because families deserve to feel safe, supported, and heard. Others often describe me as patient and attentive, someone who brings both expertise and genuine care into every interaction.
Who are you best positioned to serve?
I’m best positioned to serve children and families seeking a supportive, relationship-based approach to communication. I work especially well with infants through young adults who benefit from play-based therapy, early intervention, language and speech sound support, AAC, and multimodal communication, including ASL. I’m a strong fit for families who value collaboration, education, and therapy that feels functional and empowering. While I care deeply about all children, there are certain highly specialized needs or therapeutic approaches that may fall outside my scope, and in those cases, I believe in thoughtfully referring families to the right provider so every child gets the support they deserve.
