As someone who is terrified of the dentist. My experience here has turned it all around The history of this establishment is expressed through the care and professional services provided by the students .Gratitude and quick work is heard in the background as you go through your routine.Definitely a must for the family.Shout out to Jessica Ayoub and doctor Sunee.

Worst place ever the wait is. Its always three hours after your initial appointment they schedule you for. I felt such a discrimination for having a special son always get pushed towards the end. I would love to give negative stars if only it was an option on here.

Gosh makes me sad to leave a negative review but it was difficult to get a hold of anyone. Than the receptionist did everything she could so I wouldnt schedule there she told me everyone was going on vacation and I should go somewhere else.. why do people give attitudes maybe they should have gone to school so they are no miserable at their job. Being mean and rude to people keeps a negative cloud around my wife referred me here is only reason why I scheduled appointment. Loma Linda needs less rude people and better receptionist to schedule appointments. Its consistently bad at Loma Linda although doctors are good

Very slow process. Very poor communication. I really didnt know what was scheduled next and how many appointments I had ahead of me. Couldnt find anyone to tell me the entire procedure beginning to end. I left after several appointments and the decision was good because they probably would have had at least a dozen more before my process would have been completed at that rate. However there are premises are absolutely first impressive and huge. And they are all pretty friendly and unable to tell me if the procedure I was requesting was going to be covered by my insurance and at the time they said yes and now others say no and Loma Linda if only we can meet again. Very busy parking lot. Great campus.

My daughter had her dental procedure today under anesthesia and I must say we had a great experience from the staff checking her in to the nurses doctors...

What a bad service. I waisted my time to come in and see a doctor and tell me what I already know. I have an implant that needs to be remove the abutment...

Like others the experience was not positive. I have tried calling multiple times only never to have anyone answer a phone. If you leave a message no one...

Updating reviewI finally got my daughter scheduled and am hopeful all goes smoothly. Had a nearly impossible time scheduling my son. The staff has been more helpful than my last interaction so perhaps issues are being sorted out for the better. We shall seePreviouslyStaff unhelpful. What is going on with this administration when the schedulers are trained to say they havent had enough staff or endodontic specialists to perform a root canal Unbelievable and definitely not what one would expect from Loma Linda.

Ive been in the process of scheduling an appointment for my son since the beginning of November. Some administrative staff is not helpful at all rude and unprofessional

I was so scared and nervous for my child it was his first time to a dentist he needed a lot of work the staff was super nice and sweet I was an emotional wreck but they assured me my son will be fine our appointment was at 630 and we were out at 830 really fast and easy I definitely recommend this dentist

interesting that theres so many bad reviews. i brought my 6 year old here today cuz he has to be put to sleep to have his fillings done he wont sit still otherwise anyways. the receptionist was nice. and it didnt take tooo long. but i did appreciate the anesthesiologist and RN were thorough. my sons heart rate wasnt where it needed to be but they took the time to consult another anesthesiologist as well as hook him up to a monitor to make sure. explained all options and i didnt feel rushed. i was there maybe an hour for all the tests and questions in pre op. unfortunately we didnt go thru with the procedure but they were gettting ready to take him back so i imagine it wasnt going to be too long. i did go early morning. so it was busy but it did say to prepare to be there alll day so i went in already thinking id be there for at least 4 hours. but i dont have any complaints. i thought their care was smooth and trustworthy.

This is a school and the dentists that do the work are supervised by experienced dentists but the students are practicing and the school likes to charge full price for all of the dental work and cannot accept dental insurance. They quoted 8000.00 for an implant. Ive already spent 3000.00 here and they arent finished yet. Then a student told me they charge him 400.00 a day for the time to work on patients. Its a college that has based everything on religion but Im pretty sure Jesus wouldnt want them to be that greedy. Im not coming back here after the work is done and I dont recommend it to anyone else.
