Took my mom here tonight and the place was packed. It took a long time to get final results we were here 7 hours but the staff was attentive and kind. Most notably Charles and Kyle were two of the most kind compassionate individuals Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting. They were so helpful and attentive and put our minds at ease. We dealt with a lot of staff that were wonderful but those two deserve the highest praise. Thank you LLU ER staff

The nurses and staff are great at this hospital. It is clean and the nurses respond quickly.I give a 3 star review my mom was seen in the ER at 3 am we were told she would be admitted and had a room . We left the hospital only to return at 9 am to find my mother crying in the hallway in a hospital bed in the hallway way of the emergency room parked with several other patients. This is not acceptable considering they had many empty er rooms available This is clearly a violation of HIPPA privacy My mom is a 85 yr old stage 4 cancer patient. And should not have been exposed to people walking by her bed and parked in a hallway.

Solid yet sad Went to ER bad stomach pains and back for over a week. Lets talk great 1st...staff From being signed in registered Triage doctor and nurses all staff I interacted with to include Ultrasound CT scan lab staff determinate Doctor all great attitudes and genuinely there to helpNow the Sad... This is a very new hospital in the area built ground up. The ER facility is downright embarrassing. Ive seen more seats in my own primary care doctors office then they provide for patients. And speaking of seats or lack of they offer three seats in the entryway for people that came with the patients otherwise you can sit outside only and in the Winter thats a bit cold. Unfortunately Ive been to the ER throughout my years and this is undoubtedly the worst laid out design ever not to mention way too small given the population its supposed to serve. Also did I mention patients admitted are placed in beds up and down all the hallways. The staff does a fantastic job given the sad State of affairs some poor designer put into the planning of this hospital. Whomever designed and built this hospital should be forced to go through the ER experience with them so they can appreciate just how sad and third world the design is. If I was a staffer there I wouldnt be too excited going to work in such an environment. Kudos to them for their attitude and genuineness.

I usually dont write reviews if theres nothing nice to say. However this time its necessary for the safety of others. My father in law was brought here by ambulance on a Sunday evening due to a mild stroke he was having. Was told he needed either a bypass or stents and were still monitoring. Long story short he was released from the hospital on Friday he was there 5 days and they did not do anything He was told his arteries are thin but with medication hell be ok Are you kidding me Hell be okay until hes not Because youre not competent enough to do his procedure I hope I dont ever have the need to go back there.

Seen late on a weekday night for abdominal pain. Took about an hour to see a doctor. Not extremely crowded but we spoke to a doctor who listened to our symptoms and ran some tests and we knew what we were waiting on during an approximately 5 hour stay. Test results came back in an hour or so. Staff was polite and not dismissive. Doctor provided a diagnosis and reasonable advice. Only negative feedback was time to see a doctor and some disorganization had discharge papers in hand but had to wait about 30 minutes to get the iv out and leave. Overall would recommend.

The nurse Leah took care of my brother today all he did was say he would want to be home and she informed the doctor he wanted to be discharged so they discharged him without being seen. As a nurse of 12 years I can tell you every patient wants to be home and not in a hospital. My brother did not want to AMA or leave without seeing a doctor. Thankfully I was on the phone with him when she informed him that he was going to be discharged and he told her a doctor wont see me And she replied you said you wanted to leave thats why youre discharged. He again said so I wont be seen and she stated you were the one that said you wanted to leave. Again he is asking to be seen. No person in the world wants to be in a hospital. I had just walked to the cafeteria so I walked back I tried speaking to Leah she was very short and I asked for the patient advocates number she pointed at a paper and she said its in there and walked away. I grabbed the paper and it was CT results nowhere was there any number to call. I saw the RT nearby if she could please ask the charge nurse to speak to us. The charge nurse Lorena came by and said there wasnt another nurse that can care for my brother since they are short staffed. Patient advocates shortly walked around the corner and I stopped them and ask them to speak to us and they were the only ones that sounded concerned. How terrifying that these type of nurses exist. Im scared of what kind of care is provided here. They should probably re-educate nurses on how to educate patients and how to speak to them in a caring way. If someone told me they want to go home which 99 of my patients tell me this every shift I say I know its not comfortable being here but its important to be checked out first the last thing I do is run and say they want to be discharged to make my job easier and have less patients. She didnt want me to have the patient advocates number because she knew she was wrong. No complaints about the patient advocate they promise to inform the doctor that my brother didnt want to leave without being seen and shortly after we were seen by an NP named Cindy who was amazing as well. My 1 star is for the nursing services provided they are the first line and how a patient communicates with a provider if they provide horrible services then it doesnt matter how amazing the providers are they wont get their needs met if they dont advocate and do whats best for their patients.

So the photos that I posted that say Loma Linda University in Murrieta California were actually taken across the freeway from Loma Linda in Murrieta on Scenic View Dr. That is an amazing place for families to go hiking and get some exercise while spending quality time with your family. You can take bikes out there and I even saw people with motorized mountain bikes as well. They even have a secret tree with a tire swing which my kids absolutely loved It was a very fun day. I much needed time of rest relaxation and family time

They released my father prematurely. They called a life saving and specialty medication into the local Walgreens it can only be send directly to the residence. When trying to correct this I was told the medication would take 2 weeks to get delivered. This is a daily medication that was recently doubled so extremely important. The only thing besides the medication that can keep my dad alive are consistent transfusions. They therefore released him without knowing the function and dire need of the medication nor how it was specifically sent to the patient and therefore took time the act of releasing him without available proper medication would leave him to die. When I took my dad home I was lead to believe he was capable and would have a nurses evaluation that day or early the next. I checked in the next morning and he was not as capable as the hospital suggested. I could not assist in basic needs so called the paramedics. When he got back they simply suggested assisted living without reviewing his filehe needs a blood transfusion by tomorrow not assisted livinghe needs this often until medication treatment can resumeyou knowso he doesnt die. Horrible bed side manner. Horribly dismissive. Poor decision making.

Worst care I have ever seen. I was placed in a hallway for 6 days forced to pee in a handheld urinal sitting on the same table as my food tray zero privacy no TV and there were no Doctors. Nurses had to text message doctors and wait 6 hours for replies if any reply. This place should be shut down. I will never go back under any circumstances. An absolute death camp of mismanagement. I would give less than 1 stars if I could.
