This management and medical staff at the Loma Linda Nuero surgery department are failing. They do not schedule properly or follow up with you.. I have had so many issues with my after care. I have been told I would be called back more than once with no follow ups. They leave messages giving new appointments with no approval. If you call back to re-schedule they will only give 1 day and time for the entire month. They have stopped payment for my disability twice in 6 months. They have said medical equipment will be sent.. nothing has ever arrived. I am beyond frustrated I was told by the medical staff that they would call me back this afternoon for the last 5 days. After no cbs I reached out to patient relations who said I would receive a call by 10am Monday Its now 1045 no CB

I am wondering about the people that make appointments. I have a referral from Nov 18 that is for an urgent appointment within one week. Today Nov 29 I have not been able to get an early appointment. My scheduled appointment is for Feb 6 which is not acceptable. The Dr. at urgent care wrote urgent in the referral. I have left two messages for a medical assistant to call me back to see if I can get an earlier appointment and no call back so far.

I didnt rate less than three stars ONLY because Loma Linda helped me when I went to the ER and during my five week stay in the icu then inpatient PT. But as for the Neuro team they cancelled two consecutive appointments seemed that my Dr was avoiding seeing me. Its fine Ill find a new Neurologist. They need to revise their note on My Chart you dont reply in 48 hours its been two weeks. Thanks for seeing me thanks for telling me Im progressing very well inspirational was the word.

Months far out for an appointment then they cancel your appointment the day before. Doctors dont see their my chart messages as I was told by one of the nurses because we havent fwd it to the Dr then we have to wait for prescription refills for daysCant ask at the appointment cause it was cancelledThis goes for internal medicine specialty as well- went in person had my nurses call and still cant get my fn seizure meds. My Nurse calling pharmacy faxes in person my chart THEY DONT GIVE a DAMOnly person who has been great help is Jessica at ext 30 give her a raise

Dr. Richard Tang-Wais office is the worst. One month after my daughters MRI no response from their office. When I finally got a hold of them the response was we are under staffedI am taking the results with another doctor. I now have to drive over one hour to their office because theyre incapable of answering phones. Looking for representation.

The worst experience with Dr. Carmel Armon Waited over one hour after my appointment and when I finally was called for my office visit Dr. Armon spent three quarters of my visit on his computer if not longer.........almost walked out of the office but stuck most of it out and never really had any results...........the WORST doctor visit I have EVER had.......Dr. Armon should be a computer tech instead of a doctor

My experience has been with Dr. Bravo its been a few years now. He uses a variety of ways to keeping my migraines at bay as much as possible. I have no problem getting my meds everbecause he gives me enough refills until the next appointment where as many drs wont give you any or well maybe then wanting to see you first. He takes him. He acts like youre his only patient for the day.5

Dr. Bravo actually listened to my daughter. No other neurologists were able to diagnose her. Yet after 30 minutes with him he was able to diagnose her and was more helpful and insightful than any doctor has been over the past 6 years Very happy with Dr. Bravo

I am writing this review on behalf of my brother. He had spinal lumbar fusion on his L2L5. Along with other injuries and medical set backs . I strongly recommend Dr. Hussain of whom I came in contact with before and after my brothers surgeries at Loma Linda University Medical Center in JulyAugust 2017. I first got to know Dr. Hussain when he patiently explained all the details of the surgery risk recovery and what hopefully the outcome surgeries would be. I had the opportunity to witness Dr. Hussain discuss the details of the surgeries to my brother. When doing so he showed the team his ability to be an effective mentor and compassion for his patients. As a sister I was the one being updated by him personally.Having observed Dr. Hussains professionalism as well as his interpersonal skills I found him to be a good listener dedicated and with good bed side manner. With respect to his role as a doctor he was nurturing patient and genuinely concerned. After the operations he called to inform me of how the procedure went. During the this time I was overwhelmed with emotion. The doctor was supportive explained throughly gave me the opportunity to ask questions and allowed me to voice my concerns. I never felt rushed or felt I was a burden. We had the pleasure of having him as a doctor. I honestly feel blessed. Weve experienced issues with several hospitals nurses doctors insurance and staff. The positive attitude optimism and the environment the doctor creates is like no other. I am confident that my brother will make a full recovery thanks to Dr. Hussain.
