About Little Bridges Speech and Occupational Therapy

At Little Bridges, we believe every child deserves a clear path to connection, confidence, and communication. Our mission is to build those bridges—one little step at a time—through fun, sensory-informed speech, language, feeding, and occupational therapy designed just for your child.

Like a bridge that links two sides, we help kids go from where they are to where they want to be—whether that’s finding their voice, mastering new skills, or feeling safe and confident in their world.

With warmth, creativity, and a deep understanding of neurodivergent needs, Little Bridges is where small steps turn into big breakthroughs.

Founding Story

Hi, I’m Lisa Baldelli — Speech-Language Pathologist & Founder of Little Bridges Speech and Occupational Therapy, LLC. For over 20 years, I’ve helped children and families overcome speech, language, and communication challenges with therapy that’s both evidence-based and deeply personal. I hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from Emerson College, the Certificate of Clinical Competence from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA), and multiple American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA) ACE awards recognizing my dedication to advanced training and lifelong learning. I’m a neurodiversity-affirming therapist who believes every child is capable of meaningful communication. I have advanced training in autism support (both gestalt language processing and analytic language processing), AAC (augmentative and alternative communication), Apraxia, delayed speech and language, articulation, phonological disorders, and feeding therapy. I founded Little Bridges Speech and Occupational Therapy to help meet the needs that so families have shared with me through the years. They’ve needed a place where they can feel supported and assured their child’s unique needs are understood. A place where they can be confident their child is being treated by a clinician with advanced training and expertise. And most importantly, a place where connection, play and regulation are prioritized—because they know how essential that is for their child to feel safe and for communication and skill development to occur. It’s truly my honor to fill this need, and I look forward to helping your child bridge their unique strengths to a future filled with autonomous communication and meaningful connections.
